Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, alle mega freundlich, Probleme bei Zimmerbelegung professionell gelöst! Frühstücksbuffet lecker und gute Auswahl, grosses Hotel, aber man hat nicht das Gefühl es wäre so gross. Fahrt mit Kleinbus bis zur Skigondel am vormittag. Skidepot Schliessfach bekommen. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.Einfach ales super!!

Cons:

allgemein nichts zu bemängeln. Kleines Doppelzimmer ist ok, Bad ein bisschen sehr klein.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sauberem Zimmer mit guten Essen und reichhaltigem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Der Skibus fährt regelmässig vom Hotel zur Talstation der Bahn. Der Wellnesbereich ist gut ausgestattet. 2 Saunen, ein Dampfbad. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichlich. Das Personal freundlich. Das Essen im A-la-cart restaurant war schmackhaft, schön präsentiert und die Protionen waren auch für einen grösseren Hunger angemessen.

Cons:

Uns persönlich hat es gestört, dass der eine Kellner im A-la-cart Restaurant sehr stark nach Tabak / Rauch gerochen hat. Ansonsten war.

*spass* der Spatz (Vogel), der unter der Dachgaube wohnt, beginnt bereits um 05:00 nach seiner "Freundin" zu pfeifen und rufen, er könnte auch erst um 08:00 damit beginnen ;-) *spass*
