Cleanliness and exceptional service! The room was very clean, and the room service was exceptional. They even helped clean the dishes and tidy the small kitchen, including the stove and utensils. The attention to detail and helpfulness of the staff really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like: The factory next to the window was a downside, and the ventilation in the room was extremely poor almost non existent. This made the room feel less comfortable, especially when the windows were closed.

La habitación tenía zona de cocina perfectamente equipada. Habitación muy amplia y con una gran mesa para poder comer. Lo único es que hacía un poquito de calor en la habitación y es que ahora con el cambio climático sería mejor contar con aire acondicionado.

Réservation à fuir, rien que pour le parking qui est une grosse arnaque.

La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel pour le ménage.

Cons:

Le parking obligatoirement payant. 20 chf la nuit. Aucune place disponible ailleurs. Parking de l hôtel complet donc aucune solution de stationnement. Le quartier n’est pas très rassurant aux alentours également.

Me gustó lo fácil que fue hacer el check in, que fuera una habitación con cocina incluida con todo el material por lo general volvería

Cons:

No nos pudieron ayudar con el parking, no me queda claro cómo reservar para el parking.
Estaba por lo general limpio, pero había un pelo de otra persona en la zona de la ducha y los cubiertos un poco oxidados. Está en una zona apartada de Berna pero te dejan un ticket gratis de bus, así puedes llegar en unos 20 mins al centro.
