Une nuit proche de Bern
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix. Les lits confortables.
Petite kitchenette mais pratique pour dépanner.
Propre et calme.

Cons:

L´enregistrement se fait par borne sur place ou sur l´application.
Pas facile de s´enregistrer, encore plus avec un bébé en bas âge.
Mais heureusement on est arrivé pas trop tard (16h30) et j´ai pu téléphoner au staff, qui étaient encore là.
Qui m'a donné la carte pour notre chambre.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato decisamente deludente sotto diversi aspetti.

Il personale si è dimostrato poco disponibile e con scarsa voglia di lavorare. Il check-in automatico non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto attendere circa 40 minuti prima che un addetto dell’ufficio intervenisse per effettuare il check-in manualmente, causando un notevole disagio all’arrivo.

Anche la comunicazione via email è stata molto carente: tutte le informazioni venivano inviate esclusivamente in tedesco, una scelta poco comprensibile per un hotel in una città come Berna, soprattutto considerando la varietà linguistica della Svizzera. Inoltre, il sistema di check-in e le istruzioni erano disponibili solo in tedesco e inglese.

Un ulteriore problema è stato il mancato invio delle email necessarie per l’utilizzo gratuito dei mezzi pubblici, che abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte prima di ottenere assistenza.

La struttura, inoltre, dà una forte impressione di automatizzazione spinta: la hall ricorda più una stazione con distributori automatici che un hotel, e l’assenza di personale fisico disponibile per assistenza o servizi come bar e ristorazione si fa sentire negativamente.

Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata molto negativa e il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è assolutamente soddisfacente.
