Bed was clean
Thé bedroom stank of cigarette smoke, asked for a new room, it was the same. Shower had mould in the tile grout, hotel was tired and scruffy

One of the most disappointed of the year, the room smell like cigarette, smelly and very very stinky. I’ve changed my room for 2 times and they all have that smell. The staff is not very friendly, always stick with that unpleasant face. The facilities are old, not recommended. You can hear the sound people walk around the gallery and the door close and on…
Nice little hotel, very comfortable beds and hot shower. Not far from Guangzhou Tower and the tram and train. Would definitely stay again.
When checking in they only accept cash, no international credit cards accepted. No such thing as a non smoking room.

No one speak english or spanish but with the google translator is OK. The elevator is very very slow. Some rooms don`t have windows.

Almos everything. I was there one week, the entire hotel smell like cigarrate and nobody speaks english.

NO ENGLISH-speaking staff, yet it is advertised as so!! No window!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible looking at a wall!!!! No light coming in! Should have been cheaper then! I asked for another smaller room when checking in, but because of misinterpretation/lack of understanding even through an APP translation, my room card was just handed to me!!! For the dark-no-window-room! I won't stay there again!
