Que no hay servicios públicos ( Luz y agua potable)
y en la guía turística jamás se habla de esto.

Las instalaciones, no hay agua en el baño, no hay luz hasta las 18:30, a partir de las 6 de la mañana, por ende, no hay wifi.
En el baño no hay toalla de mano, y no anda la cadena en el inodoro, tuvimos que utilizar baldes de agua de mar. El dueño llamado Ricardo, nunca se disculpo por no informar bien cómo son las instalaciones.

La cabaña es rustica, no habia implementos de aseo (no habia jabon ni papel higienico), no habian toallas. Reservamos para 4 personas, eran 2 camas dobles y solo habian 2 sabanas. Cuando llegamos llovio fuerte y se nos entró el agua a la habitación y se nos mojaron las cosas.

No cuenta con servicio de agua para el baño y la ducha sale muy mínimo entonces se hace súper incómodo, no cuentan con servicio de electricidad durante el día, y me parece súper mal que no avisen con anticipación

Como sugerencia para mejorar, el trayecto desde el parqueadero hasta el hospedaje puede resultar un poco largo si se lleva mucho equipaje; a nuestra llegada nos ayudaron con las maletas, pero al salir tuvimos que trasladarlas solos, lo cual fue algo incómodo ya que íbamos con una niña pequeña. También sería ideal contar con servicio de energía durante el día para poder usar el ventilador, y con acceso a Wi-Fi que permita mayor conectividad. A pesar de esto, es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse y lo recomendaríamos con gusto.

Everything was nice.

Issues with bathroom water. Getting there is a major hassle if you are driving, you will need to pay for daily parking, someone to carry your stuff from and to the property, and a 20 minutes walk each way. No AC so expect HOT nights with only fans to cool you down.

Breakfast was very basic, there was no milk for coffee. The toilet stopped working and when I told the personnel, they just said the water had run out but did not suggest any fix and didn't seem interested in how it affected my stay. I took to my own devices to find a bucket and search water from the sea to flush the toilet (running out of water seems normal so for me, just offering a bucket would have been perfect fix for it, but shrugging it off felt like they didn't really care).
There was no lock in the room door, but luckily nothing was stolen and I did not feel unsafe as it was very calm around.
At night, there was the loud sound of the generator (perhaps from the neighbours?) that muffled the sound of the waves, which was a shame.

I did not like that the property did not mentioned the restrictions of resources, I tried to find this information in the website of booking but there's nothing about it, I think it is better that previously tourist be aware about limitations of electricity and water.
