Pros:

Gorgeous rooms super clean and very friendly staff. Excellent location so much good food and brunch around was great. We enjoyed staying here very much

Cons:

It is true that it is pretty noisy , karaoke at 9 am in the morning from an unknown location , noise throughout the day , we are young and wear ear plugs so didn’t mind so much but I can imagine it wouldn’t be great for a family with kids or the elderly , so a heads up !

Pros:

Great location as there were a lot of restaurants around the area, and is the middle of the city center

Cons:

The first night was a bit noisy throughout the whole night, blasting music, restaurant staff prepping for the day, so it was difficult to sleep. But the second night was pretty quiet

Trap niet in de schoonheid van dit hotel. Het personeel is erg onvriendelijk en je hoort al het geluid van buiten.

Cons:

Personeel denkt totaal niet met je mee, er kan geen glimlach vanaf en ze kunnen geen Engels. Tevens hoor je alles van buiten, dus je slaapt erg slecht.

Location and design is great. Rooms very cool

Cons:

Floor and room was very dirty. Sheets stained. They charged us to clean sheets because of red paint we stepped on on their floor. There was dried red paint around the room already.

Cons:

Our room did not get serviced. Which is not nice when you have to throw your toilet paper in the bin.
Also they all told us a different story about the hottub which was very confusing. One said you can use it in the morning, but when we arrived you apparently had to book it.
When we asked the reception they said it was out of order. In the end we could not use it

Pros:

El hotel en general es muy bonito, las instalaciones siempre limpias, tienen dos restaurantes y la comida muy buena. El personal siempre fue amable y servicial, ofrecen información sobre tours a buen precio. Es una zona muy turística. Convivimos con muchos extranjeros. Es una buena opción para personas jóvenes que no les molesta el sonido en la noche.

Very nice and comfortable, great location!
Pros:

Location and safety of the area, closeness to some of the best resaurants, safe to walk out for food, not too loud. Walkable to Parque El Poblado (where some tour meet ups are arranged as well as the subway station).

Our room was on the fifth floor a corner room, I loved the corner windows and how the trees cover the window giving you privacy, high floor rooms are also better to avoid the brief noise from the street.

The cafe downstairs was really nice! Excellent coffee, delicious acai bowls and lovely staff.

I liked cleanliness, hospitality, easy access and location.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not mind but my partner found uneasy is the bathroom and toilet that are semi-open on one side, meaning that the oposite side of the door is an open block concrete covered with plants, but the plants dont cover everything so I can imagine someone from a rooftop might be able to see you a little bit while showering. For me it was not an issue.
