La persona que nos atendió sumamente grosera, no se pudo viajar por el paro minero y cuando se le preguntó por la posible devolución del abono, evadió mensajes, ante la insistencia contesto groseramente que no volvieramos a reservar con ellos, como si fuera el único hotel en Tibasosa. Que tristeza que den una mala imagen y no muestren la característica amabilidad del pueblo Boyacense. Para nada recomendado.

A nice hotel for a family stay.
Pros:

The cleanliness is remarkable. The open space is enough to play with kids. The staff was amazing and the breakfast delicious.
