Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad y limpieza.

Cons:

Las escaleras a mi habitacion, y la zona que está ubicada es peligroso segun los residentes de Cartagena (conductores taxistas) el resto fue buena la experiencia. No es buena la señal del wifi le indique a la encargada y me dijo que debia notificar al operador pero nada. El resto todo muy bien.

We booked three nights but decided to leave after the first night because the accommodation did not meet basic standards.

There was no proper hot water in the shower, and the tap could only be turned on or off, without the possibility to regulate the temperature. The air conditioning did not function properly; it was either too cold or too warm, without a comfortable middle setting.

The room was extremely noisy and poorly insulated — we could clearly hear everything happening outside. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, which resulted in a very poor night’s sleep.

There were visible signs of moisture and mold in the room. Additionally, the WiFi connection was very poor and unreliable, making it difficult to use even basic internet services.

The surrounding area did not feel safe to us, even during the daytime. For these reasons, we left out of necessity rather than preference.

Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a constructive solution with the property.

Excedió nuestras expectativas respecto relación calidad - precio
Pros:

Excelente hotel, la amabilidad y actitud de servicio de la sra de recepción fue muy buena. la habitacion limpia, cómoda, buen agua en la ducha, el baño limpio y con todo lo necesario. Las sábanas y toallas impecables.
Cerca al aeropuerto, llegamos tarde en la
Noche y la sra nos atendió rápido, para poder descansar.

El alojamiento es cómodo, limpio y bonito

Cons:

No me entregaron el total de las habitaciones de mi reserva por un problema que tuvieron en el hotel, al menos nos resolvieron y nos consiguieron otro hospedaje, pero no era igual. La zona en la que está ubicada no es buena, es un barrio un poco inseguro, no hay cerca restaurantes buenos para desayunar y almorzar. Es difícil encontrar transporte para allá porque los taxis dicen que no van a esa zona
