Staff were amazing! Beds were really comfortable and bathroom was great! The best bit was definitely the jacuzzis on the top floor which had a great view. Breakfast was decent and the hot chocolate was great!

Cons:

When booking the property, the address is different to what is stated on booking.com and is about a 20 minute walk from the town of Guatape. They advertised that they had a restaurant which wasn’t open when we arrived - when we asked the next day they seemed to only do one type of food. It’s very easy to order things to the hotel so this wasn’t a big problem!

De locatie op booking klopt niet. Het hotel is veel verder weg dan werd aangegeven. Toen we dat benoemden werd er nauwelijks op gereageerd. De kamer was daarnaast niet erg schoon.

Cons:

Yo pagué una tarifa muy baja por ser baja temporada y realmente toda la estadía fue buena, y la única crítica que voy a hacer es constructiva, ya que lo pongo para que mejoren en ese aspecto.
Creo que puede mejorar el desayuno, tanto lo que se ofrece como la atención de ese servicio.
El desayuno es fijo para todo el mundo lo mismo y todos los dias fue ofrecido lo mismo salvo una fruta que se ofrece al comienzo del servicio, que esa varía un poco.
Café, fruta, una rebanada de pan, manteca, una arepa con queso, huevos revueltos con jamón.
No es ofrecido agua ni jugo, siendo Colombia tan rica en diversidad de frutas.
Tal vez agregar un yogurt... O algo por el estilo.
Después el empleado que recibe a la gente y sirve el desayuno, es poco comunicativo, parecía que no se le podía preguntar nada porque se molestaba, como si no le estuviera gustando el trabajo.
Por otro lado colocaba su celular a todo volumen con una mujer gritando como loca (cuestiones de religión) que cuando uno se despierta lo último que quiere escuchar a una persona gritando como loca (yo no tengo nada contra ninguna religión, y aunque no me interesa, respeto) pero sugiero colocar una música funcional suave en la parte de la mañana.
Pero estoy muy contento de haberme alojado y lo haría nuevamente, y lo que aquí expongo, repito, es pura y exclusivamente para mejorar y tornarse un hotel mejor.

Un lugar para descansar en familia o con la pareja.
