Le personnel était d'une grande gentillesse.
La chambre était confortable, charmante et correspondait aux photos consultées. Nous avons bien apprécié dormir dans un hôtel où nous n'avons qu'à descendre les escaliers de la réception et avoir les pieds dans le sable.
Nous avons accès à des chaises et des parasols gratuitement.
La nourriture du restaurant de l'hôtel était de bonne qualité!
L'étage de la réception n'a pas de porte d'entrée et est conçu sous forme de terrasse. Il y a des caméras pour surveiller que seulement les clients y aient accès.
L'hôtel nous a aussi recommandé un chauffeur privé pour le trajet entre Carthagène et l'hôtel. Le tout s'est bien déroulé.

Cons:

Il importe seulement de savoir qu'une fois rendu à Isla Baru, il sera nécessaire de marcher environ 10 minutes dans le sable, sur le bord de la plage, pour se rendre à l'hôtel. Même si nous ne le savions pas avant d'arriver, notre chauffeur privé s'était déjà coordonné avec un homme qui a transporté nos valises sur une brouette en bois (pourboire à prévoir). Cela dit, le tout s'est bien déroulé.

Pros:

La construcción hermosa, la atención en general del hospedaje fue increíble, el dueño y el personal super atentos y cálidos. La comida muy rica, cacera y la limpieza genial. Volvería sin dudas!!!

Alessandro, Cristian e tutto lo staff.....top. ci hanno aiutato in un momento veramente difficile della nostra vacanza. non era il ns standard di alloggio (acqua calda e asciugacapelli x me sono un must) ma hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire bene. siamo stati supportati in tutto. il cibo molto buono. lo staff si da un gran da fare. escursioni e trasferimenti con prezzi super competitivi. cibo e cocktail molto buoni. la struttura è tipica in legno e la stanza aveva anche l'aria condizionata. fronte spiaggia, con graziose sedute in bambu e lettini.

nulla (a parte acqua calda e asciugacapelli ahahahah)....

Destaco la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. Muy cordiales y atentos.

La habitación y las prestaciones del hotel fueron fantásticas. La ubicación y el espacio de playa limpia y tranquila. Disfrutamos mucho de la estadía.

Excelente, de lo mejor.
Pros:

Es la segunda ocasión que nos quedamos y sin duda es de lo mejor de la zona. Todos son muy amables y colaboradores.
