Great views and quiet, relaxing stay with good breakfast
Pros:

Amazing views. Lovely quiet location but close to the hustle and bustle of town (8 mins walk). Good breakfast

Cons:

Spa had recently been built but had to pay for jacuzzi and book 24 hours in advance so we didn’t do it.

Muy bien desayuno

Cons:

No me gustó que tienen un perro amarrado todo el día en un lugar inadecuado, cuando pregunté el por qué lo tienen así me contestaron que porque es dañino . Me acerqué al perro y no tenía agua y al colocarle se la tomó toda. Esto me generó mucho malestar porque lo considero maltrato animal .

A peaceful, beautiful retreat with exceptional hospitality
Pros:

* The location is fantastic. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the center of Salento, so you’re close to everything while still being completely surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was a wonderful experience.
* The staff were outstanding. They were genuinely friendly and gave excellent recommendations for coffee fincas and activities around Salento. It never felt like they were trying to sell me anything—just honest, helpful advice.
* The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, delicious eggs, and great local coffee every morning.
* The room and the entire property were spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day.

Cons:

* Nothing significant. The only small inconvenience is that the walk back to the hotel gets very dark at night because it’s surrounded by nature. I simply used my phone’s flashlight each evening. I never felt unsafe—it’s just something to be aware of if you’re returning late.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Ecoresort. Das Zimmer war großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeitenden, die uns bei jeder Frage und jedem Anliegen herzlich weitergeholfen haben. Das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend. Das absolute Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht auf die grünen Hügel der Kaffeeregion – mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist das Zentrum in etwa zehn Gehminuten über einen schönen Spazierweg erreichbar.

Pros:

Las vistas eran impresionantes, los desayunos estaban muy buenos, el personal fue siempre muy atento y profesional, siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente con una sonrisa, además estaba la perrita mas juguetona de salento.

Cons:

La falta de aire acondicionado permitía que hubiese mucho mosquito en la habitación y aún usando repelente no pudimos evitar gran cantidad de picaduras.

Nos encantó.
Pros:

Nos encantó. El hotel es muy tranquilo y alejado del bullicio. Se puede ir andando desde el hotel al pueblo de Salento. La habitación tenía unas vistas muy bonitas. El desayuno muy variado y muy rico. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Por poner una pega: el camino para llegar del pueblo de Salento al hotel. Solo son 600 metros. Se puede ir andando perfectamente. Pero no está muy bien, sobre todo a la salida del pueblo. Con nuestro coche pudimos rozar varias veces. Con un todo terreno es perfecto. Para andar de día muy bien, aunque no hay aceras y es dificil si pasan coches o motos. No está iluminado para caminar por la noche.

The best place to stay in Salento. It's very close to the center by walk, and located in a quiet area away from the noise. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the view is magnificent. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. You can get advice on things to do. Breakfast was very good.

Bonito pero algo incomodo
Pros:

- Como ideal destacaría las vistas y tranquilidad del hotel debido a su ubicación. Habitaciones amplias, comodas con vistas excepcionales.

Cons:

- Como inconveniente destacaría que el hotel está a 10 minutos solo andando del pueblo por un camino de tierra muy tranquilo pero no asfaltado y sin ninguna luz por lo que a las 6 de la tarde que ya es de noche si sales al pueblo a cenar y te quieres volver andando te crea bastante inseguridad ya que vuelves totalmente a oscuras. Nosotros pusimos las linternas del móvil pero sinceramente íbamos bastante con miedo.
- Y por otro lado el desayuno es muy escueto y poco variado.

Excelente lugar, todo un paraiso, las habitaciones muy lindas, comodas, modernas. La vista maravillosa, la tranquilidad y paz que se sienten son increibles. El desayuno estvo delicioso y el servicio excepcional, seguro que regresaré!!
