Tienen instalaciones un poco descuidadas, la habitación que nos dieron estaba sin asear, luego nos cambiaron y en la nueva habitación el lavamanos tenía fuga de agua y la cama tenía una colchoneta plana sobre los colchones y sumamente incómodo dormir, en el desayuno proporcionan cubiertos incompletos y no tienen Tv de cable como dice en el anuncio

Buena estadía.
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, tal cual las fotografías. El personal es muy amable y las comidas son bastante generosas, los platos son bien grandes. Realmente es una excelente opción y los precios no son para nada exagerados. Las bebidas del bar también son variadas, y los cócteles son muy ricos.

Cons:

En la piscina tienen música para amenizar, pero se encasillan principalmente en poner género urbano o música de banda lo que realmente resulta molesto, se sugiere más variedad.

Que era muy silencioso en las noches, se puede descansar. Es pet friendly pero con restricción de zonas.

Cons:

La limpieza, no hay horarios ni te especifican desde el ingreso horarios para la misma. El baño tenía unos gusanos en la ducha. El jacuzzi se veía súper sucio, el agua era oscura. No había agua caliente.

Pros:

El hotel Rosalinda es una antigua hacienda en medio del llano, convertida en hotel campestre y pensada para mantener a sus huéspedes el mayor tiempo posible. La piscina y el servicio de bar son excelentes.

Cons:

Por el mismo hecho de ser una ex hacienda le falta MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO a sus instalaciones, las camas no son cómodas y se escucha todo lo que sucede en la habitaciones contiguas, el televisor solamente cuenta con TDT y nunca se logra apagar esa molesta luz azul. También solicitamos papel higiénico y nunca llegó.
