Pros:

l booked this hotel for 2 consecutive nights nights but could not stay there. 24 hours before my arrival l was informed that hotel reception services and the restaurant were closed Sunday and Monday and the hotel has no elevator. l
am 91 years old and require certain services.

とても素晴らしかったです。またスイスのベルンを訪れた際は、泊まりたいと思いました。
Pros:

朝ごはんが美味しい。
部屋がとても広い。
シャワールーム、トイレが2つある。
毎日清掃と水のペットボトルも補充してくれる。
ホテルの方がみんな優しく、フレンドリー。

Local Swiss Hotel in Koniz
Pros:

Restaurant owner was very helpful. Menu limited. Outside statwd Pizzeria & Restaurant but no pizza on menu! Prices very high but everything in switzerland is high..

Cons:

Room was small, clean but too hot, facing the street, extremely hot & noisy. Location was convenient with Aldi, shopping center bus 10 & 17, small train station close by.
193 euros is alot for this room, very basic, single bed.Old style

We got what we expected from this hotel. We slept well and had a good breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was in a very good location.
The breakfast was basically good, but a larger selection of dishes was required.
It was very nice to be given a free ticket for city transport as a guest.

Escapade à Berne dans une jolie auberge typique
Pros:

Joli hôtel traditionnel bien situé dans le quartier de Köniz. Deco typique de la région; on se sent à Berne Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables et petit déjeuner avec jus frais fait maison et assortiment de pains noirs de bonne qualité. Parking disponible autour du bâtiment. Parfait pour un mini séjour à Berne

Hotel med god beliggenhed lidt udenfor Bern, men adgang til hotellet var ikke optimal i påsken.
Pros:

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed hvis man er i bil og ikke vil ind til centrum af Bern. Der er fra hotellet god offentlig transport til Bern centrum samt den smukke omegn af Bern.

Cons:

Jeg ankom i påsken hvor restauranten og hotelreceptionen var lukket, dvs. jeg skulle selv tjekke ind via nøgleboks. Dette gav problemer, da jeg først fik e-mail besked efter jeg var taget hjemmefra og ikke kunne få adgang til min mail. Fik fat i hotelvært via et telefonnummer og han kom og tjekkede mig ind. Han var flink og hjælpsom. Muligvis på grund af restaurantens lukning var morgenmaden noget spartansk og hvad jeg troede var en youghurt naturel viste sig at være en vegansk soja "yoghurt" - ikke lige min smag. Sengen var noget smal og værelset ret lille i forhold til prisen.
