Roupa de cama suja, manchada, travesseiros bem velhos, até duros... tecido bem ruim dos lençóis. Sem frigobar no quarto. Atendente nem um pouco simpática. Não consegui dormir direito nesse hotel.. Ainda bem que foi só uma pernoite para pegar o voo de volta.

Una experiencia extraordinaria gracias a la excelente ubicación del hotel y su personal.
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy conveniente para quienes visitan la ciudad. Está cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y también del aeropuerto, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos y permite aprovechar mejor el tiempo en Cartagena. Viaje con mi hijo de 3 años y la ubicación es perfecta para viajar con niños pequeños.

El estado del hotel es muy bueno: las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, limpias y se nota la atención en los detalles, lo que hace que la estancia sea cómoda y agradable.

Sin duda, lo mejor es el personal. Patricia, Ángela y Gina son maravillosas: siempre amables, atentas y dispuestas a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Su profesionalismo y cercanía hacen que uno se sienta bienvenido desde el primer momento. Gracias a ellas, la experiencia en la ciudad se vuelve aún más especial, cómoda y placentera.

J'avais un vol très tôt (j'ai dû faire le check out à 4h du matin) et c'était parfait niveau localisation à 3 min à pied de l'aéroport sur un boulevard éclairé : safe!
