Pros:

The hotel staff is friendly and helping. We also enjoyed the pool (warm water) and our breakfast (there are several options to choose). The rooms are small but comfortable. The bed is quite big.

Cons:

There are two shortcomings of this hotel worth mentioning. Firstly, there is no hot water in the room. Secondly, we weren’t able to relax in our room, the soundproofing obviously leaves much to be desired. Our room was closed to the swimming pool, so constant noise coming from this area made it impossible for us to sleep.

Pros:

La atención del hotel fue formidable, el servicio de desayuno bastante completo y con excelente atención por parte de su personal. La ubicación es muy buena, fácil de llegar y de recordar al quedar justo en frente de Bomberos.

Cons:

Podria mejorarse un poco el balance precio - calidad, pues con relación a las instalaciones que se ofrecen, considero el valor debería ser inferior; sin embargo, se resalta que los edificios están en buen estado de conservación y los servicios ofrecidos fueron muy buenos.
