Pros:

No había mucha gente y se sentía tranquilo el ambiente, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa, la atención y amabilidad del personal del hotel es muy buena

Cons:

No nos gustó la vista de las habitaciones en general, ya que algunas tienen panorámica de las tejas de otros edificios y otras habitaciones tienen vista a la recepción y escaleras del mismo hotel

Pros:

El personal muy amble. Habitación amplia. Todo limpio, y la tina increíble, dan todos los elementos para su uso. El desayuno bien, variado. La cama súper cómoda.
Y cerca está el D1, bares y restaurantes. Falta arreglar el secador.

Pros:

ubicacion es conveniente pero los bares de noche producen mucha musica ruidosa que dificulta dormir, los fines de semana van hasta las 3am. Desayuno a la habitacion es buena idea.

Cons:

el televisor muy pequeno, encaramado, senal no es muy nitida, deben reemplazarlo. Lamparas al lado de la cama no funcionaban, tomaron 2 dias para repararlas. El hotel no asume la comision de Booking.

Nos cancelaron sin avisarnos
Pros:

Llegamos a recibir la habitación y no pudimos, nos dijeron que más tarde y cuando se cumplió la hora nos dijeron que no podrían dárnoslas porque el huésped no se iba, quedamos sin hotel después de haber espero todo el día.

Luego querían darnos una habitación que no era ni parecido a lo que había reservado.
