La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tenían una muy buena actitud.
A la habitación se le dañó el agua caliente y no pudieron solucionarlo, hicieron acto de resarcimiento, pero la experiencia se dañó completamente.
El lavamos es el más incómodo que he usado jamás. Parecía un hueco dentro de una pared. Se veía bonito, pero incómodo de usar, difícil lavarse los dientes y la cara.
La habitación exageradamente oscura, no tenía buena iluminación, para darle un toque íntimo estaba bien, pero sería mejor que tuviera más luz y que sea uno el que escoja que tanta iluminación quiere.
Con ese nivel de iluminación uno no se podía percatar si la habitación realmente estaba limpia.
El inodoro tenía una fuga de agua que no dejaba de sonar
No tenía buenos elementos para dejar la ropa, por ejemplo carecía de un nocheros o pequeño closet.
La cama estaba muy incómoda, se sentía un desnivel en el centro y tanto mi pareja como yo pasamos una noche regular.
La ubicación es muy buenas, tiene naturaleza, es tranquilo y el concepto del hotel es bueno. La comida estaba muy rica.
El hotel es bonito pero le falta cuidado, hay muchas cosas viejas en no tan buen estado. La cama era muy dura e incomoda.
Vanessa and her staff did an awesome job from making a fire at night to delicious breakfast in the morning. Amazing waterfall and swimming holes a short hike from the resort makes this place an enjoyable experience. We are already planning on returning as soon as possible.

Un ambiente ecológico muy bonito. Todo esta meticulosamente decorado con variss salas sociables. Queda en la falda de la montaña donde se puede apreciar una vista muy linda del paisaje de Guarne.
La atención es muy especial siempre atentos a cualquier inquietud.

the breakfast was good. the grounds were beautiful. Hector (staff member) was nice and helpful.
the hotel shuttle driver at 1:00AM did not show up at the airport. we took a taxi and it cost us $100,000 cop ($25 usd) to get to the hotel. it was difficult to find. definetely not near the airport. when taking a shower the drain did not work and the bathroom flooded. we took a shower in another adjacent room and the toilet was filthy. there was no shuttle on the way back to the airport. another $25 usd. most defined do NOT recommend to anyone.

Really liked the consept, the design, the nature and the hospitality
Limited hot water and really lacking the internet connection, almost no connection in most areas
The property is nice, the area is very green with good view. The waterfalls closed by are beautiful.their dog guide is trough the forest, he is so cute. It’s nice to have a jacuzzi in the suit room. The staff was helpful and kind
The suit room has a nice and interesting design, but it wasn’t so comfortable, it’s very closed, there’s no good ventilation or artificial light proper to see during the day or night and the natural and artificial light come from a little window but doesn’t help to sleep, it was over our faces all night long. The curtains were not fit to help the place for sleeping. The suit room even when nice decorated is not spacious or has place for the belongings and is not so private because it’s next to other rooms. There was not good wifi signal so the phone didn’t worked at the room neither the Projector to use Netflix or watch videos will work properly so we have to go out to talk to the staff all the time for help.
The property is very large, full of greenery, and a trail leads to two waterfalls perfect for a swim. Artsy decor elevates the uniqueness of the hotel. A fun lounge with billiards. Service is very good.
This property is quiet and peacefull. A good place to get in touch with nature. The sound of the river in your room. A one minute walk and you can ger your feet wet in the cold water of the river. Nice nice
