Tranquilo y muy buen servicio
Spacious, clean rooms with pseudo wooden floors, comfortable beds, working space, quiet neighbourhood with plenty of great options for eating within easy walking distance

Foi tudo maravilhoso. Atendimento muito bom e cuidadoso de Silvana. Café da manhã personalizado e muito saboroso. A cama extremamente confortavel. Nos sentimos verdadeiramente em casa. Ducha do banho muito top, boa quantidade de agua e quentinha.
Achamos tudo perfeito, nada a reclamar.

La atención es muy buena. Buena limpieza. Rico el desayuno. El televisor es Smart y puede usar tus app!

Limpieza
Lo mejor es el personal de la recepción. En especial SILVANA. Ademas de esto, tiene muy buena ubicación el hotel.
La administración deja mucho que desear. Empezamos con un malentendido: la reserva decía que no se pagaba nada antes de llegar al hotel, pero cuando hice la reserva automáticamente apareció el monto en mi tarjeta. Eso está mal. Tiene algunos problemas de infraestructura. Primero: las ventanas de las habitaciones dan a un pasillo donde transita gente. Segundo: en el pasillo había un luz que se enciende automáticamente cubierta precariamente con papel para que no moleste el descanso, pero toda la noche se enciende igual.
El sr Julio muy servicial y amable.
No tiene tranca física la puerta de la habitación, solo cerradura con código.
