Cons:

Lo único fue el tema de las piscinas que el agua es muy fría y uno lo que más quiere en este tipo de paseos es poder disfrutar de ellas, en cuanto a la temperatura del agua porque de hecho tienen muy buenas piscinas y dos el tema de la alimentación, aunque son muy serviciales a la hora de llevarnos al restaurante si es muy indispensable tener en el mismo lugar el servicio de alimentación, de resto todo muy bien

Nichts Bild gut aufgenommen, in Wirklichkeit sieht alles anders aus.

Zufahrt katastrophal. Schon beim eincheken, musste ich 2 mal umparken. Dann Einchecken Auto umparken. Dann Zimmer ansehen. Das war aber weit weg bei der anderen Zufahrt. Also wieder umparken dann sollte ich anders herum stellen. Dabei noch das Auto schwer beschädigt, der Mann der mich eingewiesen, hatte damit aber wieder nix zu tun. Keine Entschulfigung. Dann Zimmer ohne Balkon. Gewechselt. Nein Zimmer mit Balkon, es war der Eingang zu den Zimmern, keine Stühle oder Tisch wie man sich das auf einem Balkon vorstellt. Dann wure im yprotololl alles festgehalten. Von dem Kühlschrank und Badsachen. Alles lostet Geld. NIER 5000 BIS 6000 pesos die Dose. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen man kann über das Internet Essen bestellen zu sehr hohen Preisen plus Anlieferung. Frühes Frühstück gibt es auch nicht erst ab 8.00. Sollten einen Gutschein bekommen. Wurde dann aber auch nicht gemacht. Also Balkon und Frühstück bezahlt aber nicht gehabt. Ist das Krimminell? Due tollen Bilder entsprechen auch nicht der Realität.

Descanso y tranquilidad
Pros:

La tranquilidad y el espacio muy bien, alimentación en general muy buena solo recomendar un poco más temprano los desayunos y los almuerzos

Cons:

Los protectores de los colchones , sabemos que se debe proteger de la humedad pero el plástico que les colocan hacen que uno sude mucho y se desacomodan las sabanas y termina uno despertándose para arreglarlas , un poco más de atención a los baños comunes que permanecían algo sucios

Excelente lugar para desconectarse de todo
Pros:

La habitación es muy grande y espaciosa, las piscinas muy grandes y limpias, el desayuno fue muy delicioso! Además tienen un mirador increíble, es un lugar 100% recomendado

Cons:

La señalizacion de noche para el ingreso al hotel es un poco compleja, quizás sí hubiera más luz sería más fácil ya que evitaría inconvenientes como el coger entradas diferentes.

Love the people that it is the best of Colombia.

I like the staff , people were so friendly and always willing to help and support . Also every one-was so helpful on the restaurant.

was disappointed with the cleanliness of the swimming pool; it didn't seem clean for some reason. Additionally, the jacuzzi wasn't really hot. In one of our rooms, the shower wasn't working properly, and the TV was unavailable due to a recharge issue. On our first day at the restaurant, we waited an hour and a half for lunch, which was frustrating, and no one informed us that we had to climb a mountain to reach the restaurant. My parents managed to make it, but what if they hadn't been able to?
