Decepcionado. Si la chica de repceccion no me ayuda pierdo todo lo de valor que llevaba con migo en la calle

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el recepcionista es súper amable y habla un poco de francés. Es muy amable y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, con agua muy caliente en la ducha. Es diferente a muchos hoteles. Gracias por todo.

Cons:

We had to wait about an hour at reception because they didn't have any rooms available; they had overbooked, and several people, including us, were left without a reservation. In the end, they placed a double bed in a single room, which didn’t even have a properly closing door. There was a hole in the ceiling from the bathroom, and when we took a shower, the faucet wouldn't close, so we had to leave it open for them to fix it. The only redeeming aspect was that the staff was very kind.

Non of the hotels have hot water in thier face sink. Only in the shower.

Dirty room with bugs. Helpful stuff.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel located in the very center of the city with a close metro station. Spacious room.

Cons:

Plenty of small cockroach-like bugs in the room. Dusty room. Hairs on the bed.
The area does not look safe at night. Lots of noise filtering into the room.
