La decoración y la atención del personal
La habitación era demasiado pequeña y la ducha no tenía agua caliente.

La amabilidad del personal y que la habitación era amplia y tenía cocina.
Santa Marta, y que el hotel parece de todo menos lo que te imaginas de un Hotel Boutique. Aún así hace el apaño.
A limpeza, o conforto do quarto: ar condicionado, chuveiro morno. Gostamos muito da amabilidade dos funcionários, principalmente de Stephanie que, além de ser muito amável, nos deu ótimas instruções e orientações da cidade e arredores
A localização é bem próxima ao parque de los novios e do mercado central, o que facilita o transporte para vários pontos de interesse, como por exemplo, Tayrona e Minca. Mas a rua pode ser um pouco perigosa a noite, sobretudo para quem estiver viajando sozinha. Tem muitos usuários de drogas ao redor

Excellent little hotel. The room was nice with comfy bed, air con and hot water to shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The lady very kindly also arranged to have my laundry done for me. Would definetly stay here again.
Les chambres sont confortables,les petits déjeuners délicieux,l’emplacement parfait(proche du centre,de la mer et 7mn à pied de l’endroit où on prends les bus locaux pour Minca,Tayrona ect..).
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et serviabilité incroyable. Le grand jacuzzi est bien apreciable après les ballades.
Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme und ist super süß gestaltet. Es gibt viele Pflanzen, eine Terrasse, einen kleinen Pool, einen Gemeinschaftsraum und einen Raum für Massagen. Die Wände sind liebevoll dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben alles, was man braucht. Es gibt leckeres Frühstück, man kann seine Wäsche waschen lassen, es gibt einen Kühlschrank für die Aufbewahrung von verderblichen Lebensmitteln, Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lovely room, pleasant communal areas inside and outside. Staff lovely and helpful. Laundry service excellent. Location perfect for exploring historic area, eating places and the beach.
