La chambre était très spacieuse et jolie, le lit à été fait sans qu’on le demande durant 15 min d’absence, juste top, la
Piscine et le bar était sympa, le personnel était au petit soin et m’ont même lavé quelques affaires gratuitement ! 💪🫶
Il n y a pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain. Également la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout, un peu énervant

Super hôtel pour un passage à Santa Marta. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. La chambre est simple mais le rapport qualité prix au rendez-vous.
La rue de l’hôtel n’est pas la rue dans laquelle on se sent le mieux, mais comme certaines rues de Santa Marta… bon à savoir, Uber à privilégier
Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe vieler guter Restaurants sowie Geschäften. Der Busbahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Hotel hat eine kleine hübsche Dachterrasse mit einem Kühlschrank, der von den Gästen benutzt werden kann. Das Frühstück ist gut und wird zügig zubereitet. Trinkwasser und Kaffee stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wenn man den Lost City Trek macht, kann man im Hotel das Gepäck unterstellen.
Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig und man wird morgens durch das Personal oder laute Gäste geweckt, die zeitig aufstehen.

Muy buena atención, linda las instalaciones externa a la habitación y el baño cómodo además que tenía ducha sanitaria (en ningún otro, de todos los que fuimos en Colombia, tenía ducha sanitaria o videt)
El desayuno no era de lo mejor, principalmente el jugo de uno de los días, era agua con fruta picada adentro.
Leider war die Abwicklung einer irrtümlich zu hoch belasteten Kartenzahlung sehr mühsam. Die Rückerstattung wurde mehrfach für einen bestimmten Zeitpunkt angekündigt, aber wiederholt verschoben, sodass ich mehrere Male nachfragen musste. Die Kommunikation war dadurch leider nicht so zuverlässig, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte.
