El desayuno, creía que era en buffet
La decoración de recepción y cafetería agradable.
Faltó otra mesa de noche en la habitación, 2 lámparas, 2 sillas para estar en el balcón, yogurt griego para el desayuno y granola para la fruta.

The hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by friendly staff who offered us something to drink as we checked in. Karen helped us check in and always made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was not ready but they offered to hold our bags until it was and welcomed us at their rooftop terrace. The cook, Marta, was very friendly and was always willing to help. Breakfast was included and the meals were delicious and complete. The waiter, Alfonso, wore many hats from server, bartender to bellhop; he did an amazing job and always had a smile on his face. I liked that you can reserve the spa area for yourself an hour at a time and we really enjoyed the privacy.

We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next morning. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. The front desk staff was great as well. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and the TV had many options. The location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again when in Neiva!

Very helpful staff, even with limited English they have communicated friendly. Even posted forgotten items to our next destination! Everything was clean.
Could use a good maintenance and a lick of paint, especially around the pool area. Pool quite small. There is steps up to the bathroom in the room, which is a little unhandy. When we stayed the whole road was blocked off for maintenance making it a little noisy and dusty (nothing the hotel can do about).

Location isn’t the best but the parking is safe and once inside it’s awesome. Good restaurant too
