La cama terrible, de.adiado blanda, parece un colchón de agua, mi columna sufrió demasiado,
Precio servicio no es coherente
Falta servicio en el baño. Pared cuarto sucia ..baño deteriorado
La ubicación y la recepción.
Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, les falta mantenimiento. Además estaban muy sucias. Las habitaciones no se parecen a las de las fotos.

Por favor estar más atento del ingreso por el parqueadero en las horas de la noche...

Faltó otra mesa de noche en la habitación, 2 lámparas, 2 sillas para estar en el balcón, yogurt griego para el desayuno y granola para la fruta.

La habitación tenía una pequeña fuga de agua
The hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by friendly staff who offered us something to drink as we checked in. Karen helped us check in and always made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was not ready but they offered to hold our bags until it was and welcomed us at their rooftop terrace. The cook, Marta, was very friendly and was always willing to help. Breakfast was included and the meals were delicious and complete. The waiter, Alfonso, wore many hats from server, bartender to bellhop; he did an amazing job and always had a smile on his face. I liked that you can reserve the spa area for yourself an hour at a time and we really enjoyed the privacy.
