Unusual place, but perfectly comfortable and staff were helpful despite not speaking English.
Pros:

The hotel honoured our booking although it appeared that it was closed to other guests. We were shown to our room but no other services were available. A lady made a good breakfast for us and gave us a lift to the station which was much appreciated.

Cons:

Not really an appropriate question in the circumstances.

Looks great on the photos but it’s a poor reflection when you get there
Pros:

Cons:

Great photos on Booking but when you arrive the building has half unfinished . At night it is pitch black with not one member of staff on site .

Very good place to stay for the discovers of region
Pros:

Attentive staff, quiet location, swimming pool, historical building with own flavor, several interesting places in the immediate vicinity by car

Pros:

Comfortable rooms with castle charm. Very nice outdoor pool and amazing, fresh breakfast. Flexible with arrival time although reception is not open 24/7 but on demand. Calm at night and still close enough to local pubs for dinner.

Cons:

Breakfast only starts at 8am. Bit late for business occasions.

customer service was very low, room was not clean, nobody told us anything about the property, in general we didn’t speak to anyone except for the staff at the breakfast, which was also very average, overpriced for such service
