Bei gutem Essen ist eine gute Erholung garantiert.
Pros:

Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
Der renovierte Wellnessbereich ist extrem schön und funktional geworden.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist, bis auf den Wellnessbereich, sehr altmodisch,
die Bettmatratzen sehr sehr hart und die Bettdecke sehr schwer.

Pros:

Gute Lage.sehr nette Mitarbeiter immer ein Lächeln und sehr aufmerksam.
Alles sehr organisiert.Man bekommt seinen festen Platz im Restaurant.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer(25 Grad)Temperatur konnte auch nicht runter geregelt werden.
Auch im Schwimmbad war es viel zu warm (weit über 30 Grad gefühlt)man hat es am besten im Außenwirrpool ausgehalten um frische Luft zu bekommen.
Das Frühstück hat leider das Niveau einer Jugendherberge,alles sehr lieblos hergerichtet und wenig Auswahl.
Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig.
Hab noch nie so ein schlechtes Frühstück in einem Hotel erlebt.
Leider war der Zimmerservice auch nicht optimal.Die Kissen vom Bett lagen noch auf dem Sofa und im Bad wurde der nasse Duschvorleger nicht gewechselt.
Daraus schließe ich das auch nicht gewischt wurde.
Es tut mir echt leid dass ich das alles anspreche und ich bin auch kein Mensch der über alles meckert,aber von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man doch schon was.

Der ganze Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. nettes und freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, guter Service, sehr gutes Essen.
Als Brillenträger habe ich im Wellnessbereich Brillenablagen vor den Saunas vermisst, und für ein Paar Hacken zum Aufhängen von Bademänteln und Handtüchern wären mehrere Gäste dankbar.
