Pros:

Okolí areálu.
Připravené snídaňové balíčky.

Cons:

V recepci nám byla nabídnuta možnost večeře v restauraci. Ovšem skutečnost byla jiná, paní v restauraci nás odmítla s tím, že mají akci my (3) nejsme objenáni. Díky snídaňovým balíčkům jsme nemuseli nikam večer jezdit a měli jsme co sníst.
Pokoj, další hrozná vzpomínka. Po předchozím úklidu?? zbyly pod židlí ponožky minulého bydlícího. V koupelně pro tři bydlící byly 3 ručníky a 1 osuška.
A nyní se vydáme po "točitých" schodech k manželské posteli do patra. Nevím, zda schody jsou výplodem amatéra nebo "architekta", ale bez řádného držení je problém vyjít nahoru, nemluvím sejítí dolů tak aby si snad člověk neublížil. V patře je bez upzornění zkosený strop, tak že od poloviny osoba s výškou 160 cm neproje.
Když jdete od parkoviště do patra budovy s ubytováním, tak pozor! Dřevěné schody jsou částečně v rozkladu a tak se vám může noha propadnout.

Like the atmosphere of the resort and good food with some activities for kids . We will return

Nice resort, breakfast is perfect, dinner is excellent

Cons:

The housekeeper did not make up room as expect, just bring more towels and clear the trash. no making the bed or bring us new bottle of water, did not bring out the used cup and replace the new one, did not fill up the tea or coffee

Profesionální přístup personálu, skvělá kuchyně a parádní vířivka pro děti
Pros:

Oceňuji především přístup vedení a personálu. Když nastala chyba s pokojem, pan ředitel s paní recepční situaci vyřešili na jedničku – nabídli nám apartmán se soukromou vířivkou na terase, ze které byly děti nadšené. Jako omluvu jsme navíc dostali večeři v restauraci zdarma, což bylo skvělé a velmi vstřícné gesto. Samotná restaurace vaří výborně a personál byl maximálně ochotný; přestože neměli v lístku dětské menu, bez váhání dětem připravili řízek s hranolky.

Cons:

Při příjezdu jsme dostali jiný pokoj než objednaný (chyběla vana pro děti a klimatizace), i když personál situaci obratem napravil. Venkovní areál by snesl o něco více péče, hlavně jezírko – i když je pochopitelné, že takto rozlehlý pozemek dá spoustu práce. Někomu by také mohli vadit volně pobíhající psi po areálu.

Great family spot with lacking Wifi
Pros:

Food was great, staff was fantastic, clean rooms, love the animals, and played tennis. The golf looked nice, although I did not play. Stayed 1 night before flying out from Praha International Airport, which was an easy drive.

Cons:

Wifi was terrible in our room to the point where I had to sit in the stairwell or not use it at all. Pool is freezing in Aug and really unusable, even if it was clean. Room was on the 5th floor and only accessible by stairs. Wasn't so bad, but I didn't want to carry luggage all the way up for an overnight.

Charming surroundings. Good breakfast. AC. Golf on-site. Quiet sleep. 1.5 bathrooms in the suite

Cons:

No elevator. Narrow roads. The fold-out couch is short, for people under 5'8" or so.
