Pros:

Das Spa und die Zimmer war super. Trotz Mängel ein empfehlenswertes Hotel

Das Frühstück war mau und die Verständigung mit dem Personal war auch schwierig.

Hotel Ulrika
Pros:

Hotel Ulrika ist sehr sauber.Personal sehr nett, angefangen von Rezeption und endet mit Zimmerreinigungspersonal.Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und dieser war immer abwechslungsreich,lecker und mit Liebe liebevoll zubereitet.

Cons:

Sauna war erst ab 15 Uhr offen. Wir hatten keine Anwendungen vormittags gehabt und konnten schon Sauna vormittags genießen, diese war aber noch zu. Gefühlt sind wir nicht die einzigen gewesen, die diese vormittags vermisst haben.

Понравилась сауна, бассейн и джакузи, очень красиво украсили отель перед рождеством, понравилась белоснежная постель и уборка номеров каждый день, всё просто отлично, приедем ещё, однозначно))))

The spa facilities were lovely and overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing.
Pros:

We stayed at the Ulrika Spa hotel with my wife for 12 days, from August 20 to September 1, 2025. The accommodation was a highlight - our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

However, the food was a significant letdown for a four-star hotel. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with limited fresh options and repetitive dishes. Dinner quality was inconsistent ( we had only two). It was disappointing, as we expected a higher standard for a spa hotel of this caliber.

Pros:

Great stay, I would give 4.5 stars but since that wasn't possible I'm more leaning towards 5 than a 4.

The main things:
1. Everything is spotless. Absolute cleanliness everywhere: rooms, hallways, pools, cafe, etc. I don't think I've ever seen a hotel this clean.
2. Rooms are very nice. Large, great showers with great water pressure, large windows.
3. Food was fantastic. Large variety day over day. Over our week long stay we had chicken, beef, turkey, pork, chicken liver, deer, fish, duck. Multiple daily protein choices. Sides were really good as well. Honestly it felt more like home cooked food than something you'd get in a hotel.
4. Everyone was really nice. Yea don't expect Egypt type of "butt kissing" but hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Helped us with all our inquiries.
5. Services were on point.
6. Location. Tucked a way but 3-5 min walk to everything.

Small negatives:
1. Wifi is a joke. It barely worked when I tried it a few different times and didn't work in the room at all. Luckily my phone signal was VERY strong so I didn't really mind.
2. Coffee is only available during breakfast or you can purchase it after 4pm at the bar. No coffee for lunch(why?). You could get tea for lunch though. Plenty of coffee shops within 5 minute walk.
3. Issues with wet sauna not turning on. Multiple people experienced it. I'm sure it's something they'll fix but still worth it to bring up.
