Absolutely wonderful.
Pros:

We were unable to get to the hotel by the required time, but with help from the bar staff, we were able to contact a lady to help us get checked in. Iveta Lutovska took time away from her family celebration of a new born grandson to come to the hotel to get us settled in.

На жаль не було змоги оцінити перебування в цьому готелі.

Cons:

Я прибув дуже пізно, про що попередив кілька разів. Коли я прийшов мене не впустили. В них свої закони я розумію, тільки не розумію, як в 4-зірковому готелі нема пізнього check-in. Але що не сподобалося, то те, що бронювання після 18:00 по словам особи на рецепції вже не бачили. І допомогти вони нічим не можуть, хоча є телефон рецепції на дверях.

Personál příjemný,snídaně byla velmi chutná,a pestrá,o tom žádná.

Cons:

Chyběla mi na pokoji klimatizace,což bych při 4 hvězdách,a ceně za 1 noc/1780,-,tedy očekávala,úplně automaticky.A hlavně,pokud se budete v tomto hotelu ubytovávat,a máte "lehké" spaní,tak se rozhodně nevyspíte,protože okolo celého hotelu,přes Chotoviny,prochází frekventovaná silnice(zřejmě nějaká propojovací silnice,podrobnosti jsem nezjišťovala)kdy mě od 4.30h,budila,projíždějící auta,a to jsem nocovala,podotýkám ze SO na NE. Takže o nějakém klidu a odpočinku,nemohla být,vůbec řeč.Takže jsem si chtěla odpočinout,od ruchu města,ale tohle se tedy,opravdu nepovedlo.
