Ubytování dobré, snídaně slabší průměr.
Pros:

Hotel je ve skvělé lokalitě a měli jsme možnost využít zdarma hotelové parkoviště. Pokoj byl čistý a postel pohodlná. Snídaně v krásném prostoru.

Cons:

Na pokoji bych uvítala papírové kapesníčky a lepší balení šamponu a sprchového gelu, papírové polštářky se špatně rozbalují a obsah je nedostatečný.
Snídaně byla průměrná, chybělo mi sladké pečivo, ovesné vločky nebo kaše, více druhů zeleniny (salát, ředkvičky, mrkev...) a lepší výběr sýrů.

Super Personal gleicht so Manches aus!
Pros:

Wir haben lediglich mitgeteilt, dass wir um 6h aufbrechen müssen und man hat uns am Morgen bei der stillen Abreise mit Frühstückspaketen überrascht, das gibt einen Punktzuschlag und herzliches Danke!!
Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen, ideal fußläufig zum Hauptplatz.
Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Englisch.
Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig bemessen und der Fernsehen riesig (65 Zoll?).
Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Raum für Fahrräder, den man uns sogar vor dem Check-In trotz Sprachproblem zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Das finden wir super!

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur zeitweise besetzt, es wird auf eine Telefonnummer verwiesen und es ist nicht klar, zu welchen Zeiten jemand da ist.
Das Zimmer ist an einem heißen Sommertag extrem warm gewesen, es gibt keinen effektiven Schutz vor der Sonneneinstrahlung. Verstärkt wird das durch die Abwärme des Kühlschranks.
Es gibt weder einen Rauchmelder im Zimmer noch einen Evakuierungsplan, aus dem die Lage der Notausgänge ersichtlich ist (aber eine Videoüberwachung im Flur!).
Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war verstopft und der Wasserhahn undicht.

Alles is goed geregeld, mooie kamer, lekkere bedden, airco en prima douche. En binnen 10 minuten in het centrum van de stad.

A felujított szobák szépek és kényelmesek, szép helyen van

Cons:

légkondícionáló lehetne, mert 43fok volt és mostmár ez gyakran megesik, illetve csütörtök-hétfőig egyszer sem akartak takarítani..
