Pros:

Персонал та локація

Cons:

В готелі є дуже великі проблеми
1. Запах трішки не приємний
2. Підлога зроблена не належним чином підлога просідає
Прошу звернути на це увагу
3. У ванній кімнаті забитий умивальник
Надіюсь власники вирішать з цим проблему
Так все гарно
Центр міста все є поруч ресторації і так дальше

Klasický hotýlek s dobrou snídaní, pohodlným ložem a výhodným poměrem cena-výkon.
Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá a na to, že jsme přijeli mimo sezonu i bohatá. Ubytování proběhlo bez recepce "po telefonu"
Vše fungovalo více méně dobře.
Možnost parkování potěšila

Cons:

Je vidět, že místy by hotel potřeboval již rekonstrukci, nedovírala dvířka do sprchy, v pokoji chyběl kancelářský stolek a nenalezli jsme ani infomace o připojení k wifi (dostupný ale signál byl).

"Winter-Treffen mit Freunden" damit die hässliche Winter-Zeit!!!

Wir waren mit Freunden zu unserem Wintertreffen wie jedes Jahr hier im Hotel. Danke das sie für uns wieder in der Gaststätte reserviert haben.

Wir sind zufrieder hatten nichts zu meckern, Danke wir kommen gern wieder.

Pros:

Alles bestens wir waren mit Freunden hatten aber nachgemeldet. Also alles bestens wie jedes Jahr fahren seit über 20Jahren hier nach Louny ins Hotel Union, Dankeschön.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts zu meckern, wir fühlen uns hier wohl, also bis zum nächsten mal.

A good stay, value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is located downtown, you can reach the main square in a minute from there. It is clean, and the restaurant is nice.

Cons:

The hotel is old, and the air in the room was not really fresh, but the room was perfectly clean.
