Great location, no food on premises except for breakfast.
Pros:

Prime location right by the tram. Coffee and tea in the room and a nice breakfast. Clean and simple rooms.

Cons:

Floor marble tile is extremely slippery. They must add a shower mat to the room.

Dobré místo, blízko lanovky. Velmi pohodlná postel. Vše čisté.

Cons:

Ke snídani mi chyběla káva i nějaký jiný nápoj. Sice na pokoji byl automat na kávu na kapsle, ale byly tam jen 3 kapsle pro 2 lidi na 2 dny. Což je dost málo. Dále je tam docela velký hluk od vody, což se nedá ovlivnit a dá se na to zvyknout, ale první noc jsme se moc nevyspali.

Wspaniałe miejsce!
Pros:

Dla osób wybierajacych się ba Śnieżkę idealna lokalizacja przy samej stacji kolejki. Kawałek od centrum Pecu. Niedaleko restauracja Bouda Mama. W pobliżu bankomat. Wybraliśmy mały pokój, jednakże było w nim wszystko co potrzeba, ekspres, czajnik,lodowka i przestronna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. W pokoju duży telewizor. Czysto, schludnie. Łatwy proces meldunku i odbioru kluczy. Śniadanie w kuchni ciepłe plus wyznaczona półka w lodówce. Oznaczone miejsca parkingowe, w cenie to duży plus.

Cons:

Pokój szybko sie nagrzewa latem co niekażdemu będzie pasować. Warto też oznaczyć miejsce śniadań.

Hotel location is very comfortable, nearby is cable car and start of roads to summit of the mountain Snezhka, amazing nature around, breakfast portions were huge

Neu renoviert und gemütlich
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Gondel zur Schneekuppe.
Alles in allem eine gute Lage und ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Essplatz. Alles self Service. Check in mit PIN für den Schlüsselkasten und Frühstück morgens im Kühlschrank in der Küche des Hauses zum Essen im Zimmer, ausreichend und lecker. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, ebenso das Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern. Wir waren an einem Regentag dort , daher war an der Gondel nichts los. Bei guten Wetter sieht dies bestimmt anders aus.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Kontakt vorher bei Rückfragen hat super geklappt.
Das Bett war sehr gemütlich mit einem Topper als Unterlage. Mag ich persönlich sehr.

Cons:

Ein paar dunklere Rollos wären nett. Das Licht der Gondel bleibt abends an und auch die Lichterkette von Haus scheint uns Zimmer. Morgens ist es auch früh hell.
Zum Frühstück besser Toast zum selber toasten. Die Brötchen waren den Abend schon bereit gelegt, und waren dadurch schon etwas fest.
