Skvělý pobyt
Pros:

​Skvělý a velmi ochotný personál. Pokoj byl čistý a lokalita je velmi pohodlná – kousek od zastávky městské hromadné dopravy.

手厚いホスピタリティのとても良いホテル
Pros:

立地がよくすぐ近くのトラム停留所から中心部にアクセスできます。部屋も広くとても快適でした。
何よりホストがとても素晴らしい！
部屋の案内から市内の観光スポットや交通手段などを教えてくれて、地図もくれました。おかげで迷うことなくオストラヴァを観光出来ました。また泊まりに行きたいです。

Pros:

Paní majitelka nám velmi ochotně podala informace kam na jídlo a jak se dostat do města. Dostali jsme welcome drink dle vlastního výběru. Určitě se vrátíme při další návštěvě Ostravy.

Ottima permanenza. In due, una notte, in inverno.
Pros:

La camera rispondeva alle nostre necessità. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La padrona parla italiano in maniera eccellente. Ci hanno offerto più di una bevanda. Possibilità di parcheggio sia davanti all'albergo che nelle strade attorno. Facile accesso al trasporto pubblico cittadino.

Cons:

Essendo inverno e con temperature negative, hanno probabilmente tenuto le finestre sempre chiuse. La camera andava areata prima di un nuovo arrivo, ma abbiamo provveduto da soli. Un paio d'ore con gli abbaini aperti mentre eravamo a cena sono bastati.

Lokalita byla fantastická. Tramvaj byla kousek od hotelu, takže vše, co jsem chtěla v Ostravě vidět, bylo snadno dostupné. Vybavení na pokoji bylo dostatečné. Velmi milé jednání při příjezdu na hotel. Určitě doporučuji.

Na mě byla moc měkká postel, ale to je můj problém.
