Pros:

Výborná lokalita, dobré jídlo. Bohužel velmi hlučný průjezd jakéhokoliv auta kolem hotelu zejména v nočních hodinách. Povrch silnice je dlážděný kostkami. Z důvodu vysoké venkovní hlučnosti je velmi omezená možnost větrání oknem, klimatizace není.
