Pros:

Krásné místo, skvělá vířivka, ubytování nabízí velký výběr aktivit, moc milý personál na recepci a na snídani, v restauraci moc dobře vaří.

Cons:

postele nebyly moc pohodlné, v pokoji byl hodně slyšet hluk z vedlejšího pokoje a z bowlingu. Chyběly nějaké informace o tom, co je možné v okolí navštívit a kam udělat výlet. Voda v bazénu byla studenější. V jídelním lísku bych uvítala, kdyby u každého jídla byly uvedeny alergeny.

Sklamalo me jenom ze nebyl šampon a sprcháč.clovek by cekal aspoň od pokoje delux ze tyhle veci nemusí brát sebou. Je to maličkost ale predse.

Pros:

Vše super, jen matrace šíleně měkoučké,nešlo z nich vstát,ale o to byla větší sranda.Jídlo výborné, personál ochotný. Komu se poštěstí mít celý bazén pro sebe,byla to pecka...vířivka,sauna připravená,nemělo to chybu,jen po masáži ještě pořád trpím 😁,jsem to asi přehnala s tou péčí hodinovou.

Naprosto skvělá masáž od paní Oleny.
Velmi milý personál hotelu.

Cons:

Že jsme si dvě rána po sobě museli jít říci o otevření bazénu, který měl být od 8h otevřený. Plavání v něm je super a to ideálně před snídaní.

Bylo fajn, že byl bazén i snídaně v ceně. Pokoj byl čistý. Snídaně v pohodě.

Cons:

Pokoj velmi stroze zařízen.
Obsluha v restauraci katastrofa. Pizza na úrovni mražený. Ačkoliv prostor restaurace je líbivý tak přístup a nevědomost obsluhy o obsahu menu to kazí. Na příští služební cestu už vyberu jiné ubytování v okolí.
Uvítal bych kdyby mě recepce upozornila na to, že budu mít bezbariérový pokoj, respektive koupelnu.
