Styl hotelu moc pěkný, dobrý výchozí bod pro výlety. Bazén byl super..

Cons:

Poměr cena, kvalita neodpovídá. Byli jsme na pět dní, úklid neproběhl ani jednou. Ručníky zaprané, takže po jednom utření vypadaly hrozně. Koš nevynešený ani jeden den. Prostěradla děravá.
Nejhorší snídaně, pouze do 9:00. I přesto, že jsme přišli v 8:15 nám personál sdělil, že jsme poslední a nebudou doplňovat. Takže chybělo pečivo, vajíčka, džus, káva. Hotel je krásný a stačilo by jen chtít. Ale tady se evidentně nechce. Vím, že se určitě nevrátíme..

Cons:

Drobnosti, které ale mají vliv na celkový dojem. Nefungující ventilátor na WC. Slabé baterie v ovladači klimatizace - aby bylo možno cokoli nastavit, musel se ovladač přiblížit na 20cm. Provoz bazénu by mohl být do pozdějších hodin. Zavírá ve 20,00. My byli na 1 noc a dorazili jsme v 19,30. Tudíž jsme nestihli využít. Běžný provoz bývá do cca 21h - je příjemné si po večeři zaplavat.

Niestety w pokojach gdzie sypialnia jest na antresoli było bardzo gorąco i klimatyzacja nie dawała rady ochłodzić całego pomieszczenia.

Eine vertane Chance

Die ehemalige Destillerie wurde sehr ansprechend zum Hotel umgebaut.
Unser Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig, das Bett bequem, Klimaanlage hilfreich in der Wärme, viel Platz auch zum Parken.

Cons:

Das Prädikat Wellness-Hotel war unangebracht. An einem Sonntagnachmittag wollte ich den Wellness-Bereich aufsuchen, doch alles war verschlossen. Zunächst keine Ansprechperson. Ich musste im Bademantel ins Restaurant, warten, bis wenigstens der Pool aufgeschlossen wurde.
Keine Ruheräume, keine Liegen, auch nicht im hübschen Außenbereich, keine Badetücher, kein Duschen dort möglich. Keine Rede von Jacuzzi.
Das Frühstück fiel aus, wg Erkrankung der Zuständigen. Den wenig ansprechenden Ersatz haben wir abgelehnt und dafür nach Diskussion schließlich 400 Kronen erhalten.
Die Dame im Restaurant und ein junger Mann am Empfang nachmittags fielen angenehm auf, sie waren zugewandt und hilfreich, auch der junge Mann im Restaurant sehr höflich. Das Essen: Pizza gut, aber nicht durchgebacken, Brot zu den Rippchen alt und trocken.
Die am Vortag nicht anwesende Leitung versuchte am nächsten Morgen, alles auf ihr Personal zu schieben.

Skrytá perla
Pros:

Vše. S ničím nebyl problém. Pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný. Personál na recepci i restauraci extrémně profesionální, to bych v tokové díře jako Třemošnice nečekala 🙈. Jídlo chutné a opravdu velké a dobře namíchané Aperoly 😆🙌. Plus i půjčovna elektrokol přímo v hotelu. Skvělý víkend i pro sólo hosta.
