Unsere kleine Auszeit in Meersburg war sehr angenehm
Pros:

Frühstück war gut
Die Unterkunft. Perfekt zu erreichen!
Auch die parkier Möglichkeit im Parkhaus super 🤩

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen im Zimmer sehr abgenutzt (Rückenschmerzen am Morgen)

Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr groß. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Detailliebe sowohl beim Essen als auch bei der Ausstattung. Außerdem schafft das Hotel moderne Elemente in die Ausstattung einzubauen ohne den originalen Charm zu verlieren. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen der Standort des Hotels ist auch ideal.

Die Lage ist leider das einzige, was gut ist.

Cons:

Leider ist der Zustand des Hotels in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Zimmer, welches wir bewohnt haben, hatte einige Mängel. Der Fernseher konnte nicht wirklich genutzt werden, da die Internetverbindung nicht stabil war. Die Schublade am Bett müsste repariert, bzw. geklebt werden. Da hatte man die Blende in der Hand. Die Heizung war in der ganzen Zeit nicht nutzbar, da diese noch auf Sommerbetrieb (Oktober) lief. Die Reklamation hat nicht dazu geführt, dass die Heizung angestellt wurde. Es blieb kalt. Das Frühstück war ok, hätte aber besser nachgefüllt werden müssen. Das Personal war im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten bemüht. Schade eigentlich, da wir einen entspannten Urlaub geplant hatten. In der Toilettenanlage des Restaurants ist leider sehr viel defekt. Wackelige Wasserhähne, defekte Toilettenrollenhalter, sowie Tapete die sich ablöst und mit beidseitigen Klebeband repariert wurde, machen kein gutes Bild. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt, deshalb gibt es hierzu keine Bewertung.
Ich wünsche dem Hotel alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet (nicht zu gross und nicht zu klein). Es hat für jeden etwas dabei! Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful guesthouse in the center of a picturesque medieval town.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Secure indoor bicycle parking. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Very atmospheric and located right in the center of the old town. A wonderful stay.

Bathroom could use an update.
