Excellent hotel in a great location where I would recommend anyone to stay
Pros:

Great location and nice activities open to guests in the evening.

Cons:

Room was slightly warm and the AC wasn’t very effective, but the hotel allowed us to borrow a fan for the night which made our stay more comfortable.

Terrible experience, never coming back
Pros:

Location is in a good neighbourhood, there are some distance to public transportations but it’s walkable. Room was also clean but not that special and a bit warm.

Cons:

I got double charged by the property, booking.com held an authorization on the total amount of the booking which still is not released and the property also charged me separately on arrival. I raised this issue multiple times to the staff at reception and even their online support and they were quite unhelpful about it. This issue never happened to me with any other hotels that I booked from this platform. Imagine having the need to take out more money from savings to spend on vacation because your hotel took double the required amount from your account and they pretend like nothing is wrong. Last time using this hotel and hardly recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel overall, easy check-in, very friendly staff, great location, very clean,beautiful room.
Pros:

We got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was lovely. Beautiful bedroom with high ceiling, great architecture and interior design. Well equipped with everything we needed. Can highly recommend this hotel!

Expérience low-cost pour 3000€ la semaine. Rapport qualité/prix inadmissible.
Cons:

Chambres : Vide et austère (juste une télé en danois qui bug, des prises HDMI pratiquement inaccessibles et cassées et deux lits). Très sombre, pas de fenêtre digne de ce nom (seulement deux meurtrières donnant sur une école), pas de mini-bar (impossible de garder de l'eau au frais ou d'avoir un snack/des chips), et aucun chauffage pour sécher les vêtements ou les serviettes (changées rarement). La clim était en panne (chaleur étouffante) et les rideaux ne ferment pas : réveil obligatoire à 4h du matin avec le plein soleil.
Niveau salle de bain, il faut aimer les salles de bain ouvertes et avec peu d'intimité... Seulement 2 grandes serviettes pour deux qui ne sont pas changées quotidiennement et restent humides.

Les parties communes : Que du visuel. Très grandes mais désespérément vides. Il y a juste des fauteuils, aucune prise pour travailler ou charger son téléphone, et une musique de fond beaucoup trop forte. De l'eau est disponible en libre-service mais tiède. Pas contre, le Coca frais est facturé 4.50€ !

Le petit déjeuné : Très peu de sucré, fruits en train de pourrir, pancakes en supplément payant (au prix de l'hôtel, sérieusement ?). Les bouteilles de lait restent vides une fois terminées. Le comble de l'hygiène : le pain tombe par terre et le personnel le remet sur le buffet.

Pour le reste, aucun snack dispo, il faut monter au restaurant du 5ème étage où on vous facture près de 25€ une pizza Margherita à la pâte invisible, même pas découpée, qu'on doit essayer de manger avec... un couteau à beurre !
