Excellent experience
Pros:

Hospitality and food
They were nice to celebrate my daughter’s birthday
We stayed in the cabana just front of the pool. Convenient for the kids.

Los desayunos, súper variados y muy ricos. El personal atento y amable. Las instalaciones son estupendas, el gimnasio, la piscina, el spa..

No sleep for 2 nights!
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a large range of options.

Cons:

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and each night there was an event on for teenagers. I was in a room surrounded by other rooms occupied by attendees of the event and therefore got no sleep as they were running up and down the corridors and banging doors all night. The hotel did not manage to control this disruption and I eventually had to demand to be moved to a quieter section of the hotel at 3am on the second night of my stay.

Trip to Cairo
Pros:

The hotel was everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, offering everything you could wish for. The two hotel restaurants also served great food. For me, the Egyptian restaurant was slightly better than the Italian one, but both were very good. Do not forget to try the mango juice :) The pool was the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Cons:

The airconditioning was a bit tricky to set but I managed at the end.

For BIG5 Cairo Event

Close to Exhibition Center,

Cons:

The guest relation that connect via whatsapp with guests instead of helping is annoying and this is something that should be changed as the cost of the Hotel is higher than other places 5 star around new cairo.
Lot of events during the day and night, so if you go consider is not a quite place due to music also and traffic to reach the reception. Alexa in the room do not really work well as the panel is not very intuitive. Very cold in the area AC too much, Breackfast good quality of food, but personell not very professional and slow
