Nice clean bedding and towels, good location. Friendly staff
Rooms just a little small⁸
Good location
The price doesn't match the condition
Close to all major attraction. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is good. Consider the location, the price is very affordable.
Located behind a big building, not easy to find the first day. Cleaning is adequate, but not professional done. Room is smaller than the picture showing but consider the location, other more expensive probably are the same size.
Great location close to many major attractions. Shopping on your doorstep.Very nice comfortable room.
Well located, comfortable and clean
This is not a 5 stars hotel, staff wasn’t the most friendly, the room wasn’t the biggest (even when they said they “upgraded” us to the biggest room in the hotel). We then saw other open rooms where exactly same size. Breakfast ok, could have more fruit.
I only liked the helpful staff of this facility.
Everything else about the hotel screams cheap, and that’s very superficial… The breakfast was the worst we had in China, every material was cheap, and things were broken or leaking in the room. There was a bathtub literally 5 cm from the bed — so stupid..
It is located in the backyard of the old hotel, which was closed. There was road maintenance and construction in front of the hotel for more than 4 days.
I think they also have very different price ranges… I realized that I paid around €30 more per night, simply because I booked the room earlier — the same room was available cheaper just 3 days before arrival.
I just had to cancel and rebook it. I didn’t, and instead asked them about the issue, sent them screenshots of the price difference, and asked whether they would accept extending my stay by one night, instead of cancelling and rebooking. Since we would be leaving the hotel at midnight, it felt like a convenient solution for me. They said no and told me to contact Booking.com.
Booking.com doesn’t care about their customers as they used to…
So I would definitely say no to this accommodation. Next time we will stay at the same hotel chain in China that we know from our Shanghai stay, which offers a much better experience for the price and quality.
