C'è un unico ascensore e spesso bisogna aspettare
Staff is nice and location is great, even though it’s off the Main Street and tucked into an alley but felt safe still.
Initially wasn’t happy about our room which was supposedly an upgrade but it was off the main building in a weird spot and had the new renovation smell and seemed cheaply made. After first night we requested to move back to our originally booked room and it was like a normal stay afterwards.

The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and I was truly satisfied with their professional attitude and service.
However, the hotel itself has a lot of room for improvement in terms of organization and management. The lobby was quite crowded and disorganized, which did not create a pleasant first impression. In addition, considering the amount we paid for the room, the breakfast lacked both quality and variety, and I did not enjoy it at all.
Overall, our stay was not bad, and this hotel is worth considering. However, I feel that if we had spent more time searching, we could have found better hotels offering better value for the same price.
One of the downsides was the hotel's location. It was hidden behind what looked like an almost abandoned building, and when we first arrived, we were honestly a bit scared and thought we had come to the wrong place. Later, we realized that the hotel was actually located behind that building.
In addition, the entire surrounding area was full of construction and renovation work. Even the hotel itself was undergoing construction during our stay, which made the environment feel untidy and less comfortable. Because of this, the overall atmosphere was not very pleasant or welcoming.
