No staff at the hotel at night. The two rooms next door kept us up all night fighting and arguing. Had to threaten to phone the police in the end. This went in until 4 in the morning. Didn’t sleep at all. Apparently the manager was going to ring me the next day before they took our money. No phone call the next day and then just Took our money the day after that. Nice hotel but would never return

Great room. Very clean and comfortable and the view from the hotel are fantastic.
It was a lovely room but we reserved a twin and they gave us a double. By the time we found out no staff were there.
The staff at Hunley were fantastic.
So friendly and accommodating they really made an impression.
Room was spotless too with a great view.
Booked room 3 with twin beds on arrival was allocated room 8 with one bed
Complained to your staff member he wasn’t interested!! We won’t be ever coming back. We live in Loftus and trusted your hotel to receive what we booked for.

No staff on duty at reception (took barman 15+ minutes to show up once notified).
No overnight staff on duty. Hotel occupied by 4 customers in 2 rooms!
WiFi was very poor.
The location and hotel itself were lovely
There was 1 staff member. They told us that last orders was 1030 pm however if quiet they might close slightly earlier. As there was no restaurant service we went out to eat
Returned at 2030. It was extremely dark in the car park and the path to the hotel itself. We went to our room to drop off some things and decided at 9.25pm to head to the bar for a drink. We found the interior doors already locked so had to use the fire exit allocated to guests to use with a code if arriving after 11pm and the bar was already closed. Disappointing as absolutely nothing to after this time

Scenic good golf coarse friendly staff , at the price we paid it should of included breakfast, because it wasn’t , we decided to eat away

The staff were warm and friendly.
The bedroom was really nice comfy and big and the bathroom was very nice as well.
As with a lot of hotels the shared spaces were looking a bit shabby.
There was no breakfast available while we were there.
