The location was brilliant for the beach, the staff & owners were friendly & helpful.
The breakfast, although basic (it is a budget hotel) was very nicely cooked.
Hot chocolate sachets on the tea tray.. spot on
After travelling 3hrs to the hotel & checking in we went out for a few hours walking & sightseeing. We came back about 7pm looking forward to a meal only to be told they weren't doing food that night. We were told we could order in but not having used the apps before we had to go back out in the car to get food. Would have been useful to be told either when booking which was only a week or so before or at least when checking in.
I also need a socket by the bed for medical equipment, I checked the room facilities for this & it stated 'socket near bed' unless you count the socket over the other side of the room by the tv we couldn't find one. An extension lead was provided when asked although having leads trailing across the room isn't ideal for safety reasons.
Was near to the sea

We were under the impression that there was a restaurant on site, on arrival we were in formed it had closed. it was still showing as available on the website- and still is now. The room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible this was not so.
The room was very cramped. Bed was small - not standard double size, not comfortable - we both woke up with back pains.
The location was convenient
The car park was flooded, no food available, plug socket in the room hanging off the wall, the show was absolutely useless with hardly any water coming through. Very very disappointing and I will not be staying there again
Loved the free working Wi-Fi! Excellent! Very clean as well. Excellent!
The shower pressure was not great, but not a problem. There were no croissants for the morning coffee, but the free biscuits in the room covered that, so no issue there either.
The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and very filling. Overall excellent value for money

Room was ok but next to me I had a very loud snoring bloke .then at 12.00 midnight a couple came in next to me and stayed up till 1 drinking and shouting. I packed up and left .sleped in car

The rooms had a bad smell, the door to one of the rooms we had the door did not lock you could push the door from the outside and it would open. The other room we had the bed was uncomfotable and a broken spring was sticking into your back. In the morning in room for breakfast, the chairs at the tables had dirty cushions on the chairs and when you sat on the chairs the cushions on the chairs just sunk. We would not eat there!
