Pros:

Nothing accept the location was OK.

Cons:

Shower couldn't adjust, even though I mentioned to the staff I was burnt if they could get someone to sort it. But they didn't. Breakfast- Muhrooms were charcoal poor services. I should have left, but I arrived at 9 30 p m so it wouldn't have been difficult to find somewhere else at that time. Not very clean, dirty walls in the dining area!! Would never stay there again. Waste of money! False claims on website!

Ideal overnight stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Simple bed for the night. Plenty of hot water. Nice and warm. Room available early. Ideal venue for a family party. Courtyard for children to play.

Cons:

All as expected in this price range.

Unable to use the shower as it was stuck on boiling hot & the shower door got stuck.

Quiet, bit facilities and security poor
Pros:

Location, good car park , nice garden area. Decor reasonable in the room but dark in the main hotel area

Cons:

Shower didn’t work properly and the water. Came out in a trickle. The water was too cold to shower and the water in the sink was also tepid . Wasn’t able to shower due to this. The room had a sliding door to the garden which was unlocked and I was unable to lock it. I also could not get the heating to work in the room.

Good Valley for Money clean and tidy the property need to fix the patio doors to make guests feel safe Staff pleasant

Cons:

The walls were super thin so you could hear everything from next door. The patio door didn’t lock so didn’t feel completely safe all times. The room smell of smoke.

Breakfast nice

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable had springs digging me and no window had patio doors so hot at night as I like window open
Chairs in dinning room need replacing you sink right down in them sitting on the wood ,they have put covers on them to hide how worn they are
