Great staff and good facilities

Room was ok but next to me I had a very loud snoring bloke .then at 12.00 midnight a couple came in next to me and stayed up till 1 drinking and shouting. I packed up and left .sleped in car

The rooms had a bad smell, the door to one of the rooms we had the door did not lock you could push the door from the outside and it would open. The other room we had the bed was uncomfotable and a broken spring was sticking into your back. In the morning in room for breakfast, the chairs at the tables had dirty cushions on the chairs and when you sat on the chairs the cushions on the chairs just sunk. We would not eat there!

The shower was hard work. Small and tricky to control the temperature.
The rooms each had a dedicated parking space and faced around a square garden although we could not get the patio doors open. It was a quiet location, although you could hear the road at busy times. Room decor was nice. The price for B&B was good.
The kitchen was closed so we had to drive elsewhere for dinner. The walls are very thin and the person next to us was constantly talking on their phone/laptop. The mattress was quite thin and although not totally uncomfortable, it could have been better. The kettle didn’t fit in the sink well so could only be filled up in small doses.
Quite at 🌙, close to the sea side 🌊🦭⛵️🐚. The place is more American style, I enjoyed it. I arrived quite late, so the reception waited with patience.

The location was perfect for our stay as it was close to the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, too.
The staff were very friendly and very forthcoming.
Our breakfast was fantastic, with great options available and plenty of hot and cold drinks.
I can highly recommend this hotel, it is very reasonably priced, too.
I would definitely choose to stay again.
