Fantastic location,exceptional views,great staff-would recommend.
Pros:

The views from the sea view rooms are exceptional-the best view I’ve seen from a hotel room.
Decor is a bit dated, however clearly this is being addressed but will take some time as it’s a very large property. The staff are very friendly, and nothing you ask of them is too much trouble. They were lovely with our children. We’d definitely stay again.

Cons:

Not much to complain about,we really enjoyed our stay at the Belgrave. We got the room at a good price. This potentially is to reflect ongoing work.

Very poor in terms of room cleanliness but location and staff were pleasant
Pros:

Great location and staff were pleasant

Cons:

The room was not clean, our friends got another room and even found dirty underwear in it. We reached late and they didn’t go to complain to reception although we have encouraged them.
