Good location
This place is like fawlty towers in a not good way.We had a last minute 2 night stay with our main criteria being a bath and parking. We had no hot water for the whole stay. Talking to the staff this is a common problem in particular for the rooms on the top floor. We were told that they only had 1 working boiler serving the whole building which they knew of when we booked and that this is a regular issue. Our room being the furthest from the boiler should not have been rented out.
There is also next to no parking possibly 2 spaces in a very tight double parked area ( after staff have parked)where you have to leave your car keys at reception so that other people can move your car if anyone wants to leave the "car park".
Advertising this place as with parking is false
