Pros:

Lovely period building and the sea view from our room was amazing! Lovely beach and sea view and we could see Caldy Island clearly. Spacious comfortable spotlessly clean room, great full English breakfast which was excellent , the bacon was exceptionally good quality. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The carpet needed renewing due to it's age and the bedroom could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up but it definitely doesn't distract from it being a lovely room with a great room in a period building and it was spotlessly clean. Advertised as just a few parking spaces at the rear of the hotel on a first come first served basis, there were about 6 vacant spaces but when we asked the Receptionist if we could use one of the spaces were told we still couldn't park there due to a coach parking there but 20 yards away is a huge public park park charging a very reasonable £10 for 24 hours. Unfortunately the Receptionist for the time we were there, a lady with short grey hair didn't smile once and was not at all welcoming

Good for a few nights, but lack of brekki choices means we won't be going back.
Pros:

On the "prom". 10 min walk to the centre/shops. Some staff were quite helpful, others less so. Parking was available at the rear, first-come basis. Room nicely kept and clean.

Cons:

Hard to access room at the top. Not good choices for our liking for breakfast, no continental style food for those not wanting a full english. No charge point for electric cars. Messy gulls!

Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff, rooms were clean & perfect for sleeping, right on the beach front, very close to town & everything really. Breakfast was included and was excellent, really enjoyed it, bar is open, nice chilled hotel will definitely be back we had a lovely time, deco is very interesting to look at too 😀

Cons:

Bit dated but doesn't effect your stay, nothing we didn't like

Will certainly not be staying in Belgrave Hotel, Tenby again.
Pros:

Whilst I enjoyed the full english breakfast there was very little choice for my wife other than cereal, which she does not eat. No crissants or yogurt or dried fruits.
So very dissapointing.

Cons:

Better room
More choice for breakfast
More electric sockets
The bedroom is in dire need of updating and needs a thorough clean, especially the window which was covered in bird mess. So no sea view whatsoever.
No hooks or anywhere to hand anything in bathroom.
