Pros:

Close to beach. Air conditioning in breakfast room

Cons:

My room had little ventilation so too hot to sleep. I had to get a jug of ice to use during the night. The small fan provided was completely inadequate. At £175 per night I should have stayed at home and endured 33 degree heat! Why do single guests get the worst rooms when using Booking.com ?

Really very good comfortable stay with fantastic location and staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent - very helpful and accommodating. Location fantastic - overlooking sea and beaches. The property has a beautiful garden terrace which is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views and drinks from the hotel. Lounge was very comfortable.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The fresh fruit was very good and lots of choice for yoghurt and hot food.

Cons:

The non sea view room was spacious and cool (very welcome in the heat wave!) but the outlook not very good. Looking out onto a wall and the flat roof. Other than that the room was good with all the usual facilities.

The air conditioning in the breakfast restaurant was very cold.

We want ro come back
Pros:

Room 21 overlooked the car park, so I could see my car, but if I put my head out of the window and looked left, I could see the sea and Caldey Island beyond!
Breakfast was lovely, everything was very clean, staff were polite and helpful, and the pool amd steam room were great - even water jets to massage my shoulders!

Cons:

Not a complaint, because it was clear before booking, but we would prefer a king size bed (none were available)

Excellent location and delightful staff, could do with air conditioning
Pros:

The staff are superb and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was small but the cleanest we have encountered. No issues with parking in the car park. The decoration was excellent and for once we had ample hangers in the cupboard. The bathroom and bedroom were immaculate. The Tenby beaches are really clean and the town has a friendly atmosphere with lots of great little shops and restaurants

Cons:

The hotel needs air conditioning for the summer months as ventilation is an issue in older buildings. The room was a little smaller than expected and the television didn't connect with many channels

Good for a a short break, but don’t stay in a heatwave
Pros:

In and out with an early start but the staff were very amicable. Great location and from what I saw of the facilities they were very good. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Cons:

The room was hot, very hot. I know the hotel can’t control the weather but some aircon or at least fans in the room would help resolve. I seemed to be staying in the greenhouse section of the hotel, other floors weren’t as bad
