Good for a a short break, but don’t stay in a heatwave
Pros:

In and out with an early start but the staff were very amicable. Great location and from what I saw of the facilities they were very good. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Cons:

The room was hot, very hot. I know the hotel can’t control the weather but some aircon or at least fans in the room would help resolve. I seemed to be staying in the greenhouse section of the hotel, other floors weren’t as bad

Excellent location and delightful staff, could do with air conditioning
Pros:

The staff are superb and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was small but the cleanest we have encountered. No issues with parking in the car park. The decoration was excellent and for once we had ample hangers in the cupboard. The bathroom and bedroom were immaculate. The Tenby beaches are really clean and the town has a friendly atmosphere with lots of great little shops and restaurants

Cons:

The hotel needs air conditioning for the summer months as ventilation is an issue in older buildings. The room was a little smaller than expected and the television didn't connect with many channels

Pros:

Great location.with fabulous views from the garden. Lovely warm swimming pool and lovely warm welcome from all the people who work here. The breakfasts were brilliant.

Cons:

breakfast was lovely apart from the bacon which was overcooked
in our room '21' there was a whistling noise which was very loud, I realised the window must have had a gap and when the wind blew, all through the first night,it was very loud. I had to partially open the window to stop the noise.
