Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La piscine, le personnel du petit déjeuner souriant, le personnel a essayé de nous aider pour les prises de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons pu faire le tour de la ville à pied.

Cons:

L'hôtel était en travaux (peinture) , et les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout isolantes (bruits et chaleur)

Buena ubicación, excelente atención en general y sobre todo la atención en la zona del restaurante muy amable y atentas .. muy linda habitaciones y en general el hotel súper lindo , la piscina muy refrescante !!

Pros:

De todas las veces que me he hospedado en Cartagena, esta ha sido la mejor experiencia en relación calidad-precio. La atención del personal es increíble: todos son muy atentos y amables. Las instalaciones están impecables, y el desayuno es muy completo y delicioso. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.

Pros:

O hotel fica em bairro muito tranquilo e relativamente próximo das atrações principais. Quarto muito limpo, cama e frigobar. Ótimo ar condicionado, que é essencial. Tem uma piscina pequena que não usamos, mas pode ser agradável para relaxar.

Preiswert mit überzeugendem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist top. Abwechslungsreich und man bekommt Nachschub. Das Zimmer entsprach genau den Fotos auf booking.com. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Nachdem bei der Anlage in meinem Zimmer der Kondenswasser Abfluss verstopft war bekam ich auf Anfrage (...) ein neues Zimmer. Die Zimmer zum Schacht (Innenhof) sind ruhiger.

Cons:

Nicht bei allen Klimaanlagen lässt sich das Display ausschalten. In einem Zimmer war der Verdunkelungsrollo defekt (keine Arretierung). Knauf von Warmwasser bei Dusche war lose und das Wasser liess sich schlecht regulieren. Auch war die kleine Ablage im Bad schräge, so dass eigene Dinge runterfielen. Mit dem Schraubenzieher des Sackmessers liess sich beides reparieren. Ein regelmässiger Check der Zimmer mit entsprechenden Instandhaltungsmassnahmen würden die ganze Anlage aufwerten. Am Freitag und Samstag ist es Nachts eher laut.
