Frustration and desilusión…… we do not recommend this hotel based on their kind of false pictures and promotion

Not much, a photographic show, and mostly not true. In reality , frustration

Cons:

The hotel entrance, the staffwas gross and unfriendly. We had two room booked through booking, but when there, the double room they want us to accept, was a box, dark, every item was not working correctly, no windows, and the staff told us” You choose the cheapest room through booking. Same room(we booked two) , for a single perdón was much better and almost better. We then, after a discussion with the unfriendly staff they gave us another room , but paid additional amount in order and before we were allowed to move.
In fact this hotel have been the worst in our trip so far. Worth of it.. no toiletries, we had to beg for two extra pillows , delivered after I ask them how much to pay extra. The bathroom soap were so small and cheap , that the size was smaller than a $0.50cents coin both in size and did not last for one real shower….

Cerca al parque
Pros:

Es un hotel al lado del parque, imposible una mejor ubicación, tienes cafecito y agua todo el día

Cons:

Al estar tan cerca del parque hay mucho ruido y las habitaciones no están diseñadas para aislarlo

Su ubicación, al frente de la plaza, el personal muy cordial

Cons:

La habitacion es bastange pequeña, y el baño un poco incomodo, pero al final pase una buena estancia

El aseo no me gustó, las sábanas sucias, las papeleras dañadas, un solo jabón muy muy pequeño para manos y ducha solo uno, mucho ruido del personal en la noche. El desayuno pésimo.

No tuvimos un buen descanso
Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena. La habitación triple superior es bonita. Tienen dispensador de agua y café disponible.

Cons:

Fue casi imposible dormir la noche del sábado, la habitación queda con balcón al parque principal, hubo música y gente bebiendo hasta altas horas de la madrugada, luego las campanadas de la iglesia a primera hora; realmente la ubicación del hotel es una desventaja porque el descanso fue mínimo, sumado a que solo dieron una cobija por cama y a pesar que pedimos otra, sentimos mucho frío. Por otra parte, la cabina del baño deja pasar el agua de la ducha y se inunda la zona que debería estar seca. Finalmente, el desayuno a pesar de tener variedad, los huevos con jamón no sabían muy bien, ni se sentían frescos.
