Lots of potential. The noise,however, is a major issue.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds. Comfortable accommodation.

Cons:

Opposite a quarry. The noise of quarrying went on all day (Friday) and began again at 5am on Saturday morning. No one tells you this when you book.

Lugar maravilloso!
Pros:

El lugar combina perfectamente la tranquilidad de la naturaleza con un diseño acogedor y moderno. Desde el primer momento se siente la calidez en la atención: el equipo es amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a hacer que la estadía sea especial.

La piscina y las zonas comunes son ideales para relajarse, leer un libro o simplemente disfrutar del paisaje. Muy recomendado!

La mejor experiencia de Nativa es habitar el tiempo sin prisa, donde el lujo es sentir, conectar y recordar.
Pros:

Nativa es el lugar donde la privacidad si es un lujo se convierte en privilegio,
los detalles (bellos, estéticos y cuidados)
envuelven cada espacio,
y los jardines, la comodidad y la calidez humana te abrazan y te invitan a quedarte

The service does not do justice to the place
Pros:

The place is breathtaking, with gorgeous design, decoration and gardens.
El lugar es impresionante, con un diseño, decoración y jardines magníficos. Sin embargo, lo hospitalidad es deficiente. La comida es un poco lenta, pero está bien si te estás relajando. Sus servicios de masaje son una gran decepción; no son baratos para lo que obtienes.

The hospitality is lacking. The food is a bit slow but fine if you're relaxing. Their massage services are a major letdown; they're not cheap for what you get.

Espectacular
Pros:

Un hotel espectacular, muy exclusivo (son sólo 9 habitaciones). Las instalaciones son de lujo. La comida es muy buena, con un costo acorde con la calidad y el lugar. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

De pronto se pueden mejorar los tiempos de check-in (no es nada complicado, pero se puede hacer mucho más ágil).

El personal muy atento, las instalaciones, cada cosa esta pensada, hecha y puesta en su lugar. Es un refugio maravilloso

Cons:

El ingreso, por la cantera hay mucho vehículo de carga pesada, una de ellas casi nos choca a alta velocidad, adicional el ruido que hacen es totalmente lamentable porque es lugar mágico.

Statt gebuchter und von Booking bestätigter 2 Junior Suiten mit Pool bekamen wir nur eine Suite und ein normales Zimmer. Was anderes war nicht mehr frei. Leider hat uns Booking hier nicht unterstützt, obwohl sie mit dem der Aussage des Hotels konfrontiert wurden, dass Booking fen Fehler verursacht hat. gemacht hat

Stellvertretenden Hotelmanagerin in Form und Ton absolut inakzeptabel, sie passt in ihrer teils arroganten Art nun gar nicht zu den so liebenswerten Kolumbianern

Das Hotel bezeichnet sich selbst als Musikhotel, was bedeutet, dass im gesamten öffentlichen Bereich aus zwei mannshohen Lautsprechern sehr laute Musik zu hören ist. An ein gemütliches Ausruhen ist wenig zu denken.

3) Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt eine Kiesgrube, der Fluss wird ausgebaggert. Die großen Kiesel fallen permanent auf Bleche mit entsprechendem unerträglichen Lärm. Dazu fuhren ab 3:00 zahlreiche LKW gefühlt durch das Zimmer und hinterlassen unangenehmen, öligen Geruch, der auf der Hotelanlage intensiv zu riechen ist.

4) „Frühstück inklusive“ bedeutet für das Hotel: Alle Getränke, inklusive des ersten einfachen Kaffees werden extra berechnet. Das muss man in der Hotelwelt in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erst mal woanders finden Da ist fast nebensächlich, dass das Frühstück sehr spartanisch ist ( kein Obst, kein Saft), das Omelett war allerdings exzellent.

5) zu guter letzt versuchte die „ nette“ Dame (siehe oben) uns das Frühstück noch zu berechnen.

Alle genannten Punkte sind auf der Hotelseite nicht zu finden. Manche kann man nicht ändern, andere wie die Musik sind gewollt. Letzteres ist auch ok, wenn man ein Pärchen ( siehe vorherige Rezension!) oder ein Feierhotel sein möchte, aber dann sollte das klar kommuniziert sein, damit Gäste mit anderen Bedürfnissen woanders wohnen. Es gibt in Santa Fe wunderbare Alternativen.
