Hice la reserva por Booking y fatando 1 hora para llegar al hotel me llaman y me indican que el hotel estaba lleno y que mi reserva la trasladaron a otro hotel y el servicio fue bastante pesimo.
El Hotel Simon Plaza no respeto mi reserva, intento solucionar pero el hotel donde nos remitio definitivamente no cumple. Las habitaciones con olor a humedad, no tenian parabolica el baño demasiado estrecho y el desayuno despues de las 9am.
la verdad no me gusto.
