Pros:

El personal muy amable con todo lo solicitado, lo reservé para el cumpleaños de mi mamá y fueron super atentos y muy dispuestos a prestar los servicios de decoración, cena y demás solicitudes. Mi mamá quedó feliz, además las instalaciones y la habitación muy bonitas y cómodas.

El personal displicente (parecía auto check-in), no entrego información relevante al llegar y al salir del hotel (cero información tan básica como indicar horarios y lugar de desayuno o normas básicas del hotel).
Habitación con fuerte olor a humedad, sin ninguna ventilación. Ducha de baño taponada lo que la convirtió prácticamente en una piscina con dificultad para usarla. Televisor con mala imagen lo que impedía su uso. RUIDO IMPRESIONANTE! Fue imposible conciliar el sueño durante la noche solo hasta aproximadamente las 3 am, fue posible descansar cuando por fin apagaron la música.
En resumen muy mala relación costo beneficio, ya que cuando buscamos un hotel es para descansar y en este no fue imposible dormir.
