Mala ventilación y las habitaciones sumamente comunicadas, adicional a esto las ventanas no tenían persiana ni cortina y las luces del pasillo molestaban mucho

La entrada es muy bonita , la ubicación es cerca a la basílica

Cons:

Las habitaciones no cuestan lo que cobran , ademas que el televisor no tiene ni volumen y su prepárente chiquito como 10 pulgadas , las camas son súper incómodas

La ubicación y la limpieza, vi comentarios de las toallas, pero, yo las vi bien, hay un parqueadero justo al lado, la catedral está muy cerca.
Son muy atentos y atiendes todas tus peticiones.

Nice place at a reasonable price with very polite and helpful staff members.

Lousy service and noisy rooms.
Pros:

Lousy service and costly. For half the price I got next day a much better place. The rooms at San Telmo are noisy, the clerk is not helpful, when asked to provide extra pillows or blankets, she was resentful arguing that it wasn’t cold. Bathroom is old, floor stained, small tv with only National TV and poor reception. Make a good search and you’ll find many more better places to stay.
