Pros:

L’hôtel est situé tout près du terminal de bus de Neiva, il est donc très bien situé lorsque vous souhaitez visiter le désert de Tatacoa. De plus, le personnel de l’hôtel propose des excursions dans le désert pour un super rapport qualité/prix. je vous recommande cet hotel !

Good hotel but bad neighbourhood
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. The owner super nice. 10 minutes walk from the bus station

Cons:

There was no hot water. The neighbourhood feels really unsafe. I would not recommend it, particularly for a solo traveler.

Good, basic hotel near bus terminal.
Pros:

Decent, basic hotel, just a few minutes walk north of bus terminal (and also similar distance to the principle square).
Supermarket 2 blocks away.
Really friendly, helpful staff (often offering us teas, coffees etc, throughout the day). Hotel regularly being cleaned, but small kitchen area sometimes a bit untidy (due to location and access).
Front always locked (24 hour desk), and key access to room.
Wifi/internet/network excellent throughout.
Basic kitchen available for use, 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezers, blender, pots pans, etc
Filling breakfast available at extra (reasonable) price.
Relatively quiet, despite being on main road.
Aircon in room.
Recycle bins available (but little evidence they were used), rooms cleaned on request.
They arranged a really good tour for us to Tatacoa desert.
Large bedroom, comfortable bed(s), with bedside cabinets.
Bright lighting (that could be switched to 'blue' for less intensity).
Hooks available to hang clothes.
Good sized bathroom, good lighting, hooks for towels.

Cons:

Extra charge if payment by card.
Kitchen difficult to access if more than 1 person using it.
No bin in bedroom area.
Bedside lamp 'blew' when plugged in.
Plug sockets behind bed, USB charge points, but didn't seem to work.
Only cold water available (to shower or sink), but it was hot weather! Access to shower through sliding door very narrow.
Aircon remote control not very good, either failing batteries or not working properly, difficult to control temperature, fan or switch on/off.

Pros:

Convenient location to the bus station as a stop off point. Breakfast was really good. Good value for money.

It was extremely noisy in the evenings from the nearby bars
