El mejor personal.
Pros:

Es un hotel normal, cómodo. Pero lo que me encantó es que el personal hizo absolutamente todo lo posible por ayudarme en mi estancia, cuando me quejé del wifi se ofrecieron a pasarme a tres habitaciones distintas, cuando subí a trabajar a la terraza fueron a verificar que estuviera bien, me llevaron el ventilador. Luego me ayudaron a pedir comida a domicilio y hasta me dieron un detalle por las molestias con el WiFi.

Cons:

Queda en una calle bastante ruidosa.

HURRY UP and book the SUITE
Pros:

The staff members were so welcome all the time.
Yohanna was the receptionist and she was very nice with both of uf.
Food for breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is close to the downtown, walking.
people need umbrella because is really sunny.
Staff members offered food from a restaurant close to the hotel and it was delivered to the room.

They allowed us late checkout without penalty or extra payment.

GET THE SUITE, its huge and it has a bathtub in the bathroom that you can enjoy with your love.
