Great Value, Close to Malecon and a large shopping mall
Pros:

Front desk, Great AC, strong WiFi, cold drinks for sale in lobby, complimentary coffee and tea in lobby. No strong scented detergent smells in bed and bath linens. Great pillows.

Cons:

Location might not be super safe after dark. Cable did not work in my room and they even have channels in English! However, I chose to tell the staff not to worry about it. Mattress is too hard for me.
