price-performance ratio doesn’t add up
Pros:

Really central, bed is comfy, hot water available, cleaning staff was really friendly and cleaned every day

Cons:

the room was super dark because there was no windows at all, so therefore oxygen circulation was really bad. One staff at reception was really unfriendly. For the high price you have to pay i think its not worth it

Pros:

Son emplacement la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et la vue sur la montagne depuis notre chambre et depuis le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le coq en bas de notre fenêtre qui chante toutes les heures entre 2h du matin et 7h 😊

For location , views and value hard to beat .
Pros:

Location and views .. if you have one of the 2 superior rooms.
Location was as central as you can get to main square and shopping street .
Breakfasts were simple but great .

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel. El desayuno estuvo bien también.

Cons:

El staff podría ser más amable. La chica de recepción al llegar no lo fue tanto y otro día que me prepare un te en la cocina me riño por eso. Yo no sabía que no se podía usar la cocina. Explicarlo. Me pareció el costo de la habitación muy alto para lo que era. La habitación era muy oscura. Y un poco incomoda por falta de espacio.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, está al lado de la plaza y de la calle real. El alojamiento tiene unas vistas muy bonitas.

Cons:

La habitación de 4 es muy pequeña, lo que la hace muy incómoda. No hay espacio para dejar las maletas ni para estar, está diseñado solo para dormir. No tiene ventanas esa habitación, lo que aumenta la sensación de agobio. Tampoco hay zonas comunes para poder estar un rato, solo la zona del desayuno. Es por eso que no recomiendo este hotel si viajas con niños, este comentario está enfocado solo a familias.

Pros:

Personal muy amable. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora del Check-in. Nos dieron buenas recomendaciones para planes y restaurantes. El desayuno muy completo, te dan a elegir entre 2 opciones. Habitacion muy amplia, cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventana.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Loved this place. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and found the room clean and spacious, and staff helpful and kind. The view while eating breakfast is just stunning and the food is plentiful and tasty to start the day! Location is steps from the main square which was perfect!! Would definitely recommend to stay!!

Cons:

I always appreciate a safe in the room, to store passports etc. Salento is a lovely area and feels very safe, but it just gives that extra peace of mind.
