Très joli
Pros:

Emplacement parfait. On peut tout faire à pied et on est à l’écart du bruit en même temps.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolies.
Choix pour le petit déjeuner.
Jolie vue.

Très bon séjour et recommande l’hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement est top. Notre chambre était assez grande avec des rangement , très belle SB. La salle pour le petit-déjeuner a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes.

Ubicación perfecta, experiencia irregular

El hotel es bonito y está en una ubicación excelente. La vista durante el desayuno es maravillosa y las señoras de la recepción fueron muy amables y serviciales.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el desayuno me decepcionó. El primer día el chico que nos atendió fue poco dispuesto a ayudar. Tengo celiaquía y varias alergias, y todo parecía ser un problema. Además, algunas señoras en la cocina estaban mirando de forma incómoda y una incluso comía cerca de la zona de preparación.

El segundo día la situación fue mejor, la señora fue amable y trató de cumplir con nuestras peticiones. Solo pedimos dos arepas por persona y tomates sin huevo.

También me sorprendió que, aunque pagamos una habitación para cuatro personas, la habitación era muy pequeña, sin armarios, sin ventanas y con un ventilador muy ruidoso para la ventilación. Es una pena.

Sono stato ricevuto alla reception da una signora che non mi ha detto neanche buongiorno
Dopo aver fatto il check in e pagato la struttura,oh chiesto alcune informazioni su dei luoghi che avrei visitato il giorno seguente,la signora con aria dispotica è seccata mi rispondeva in maniera vaga. Ho domandato per favore di riservarmi una visita a una Finca per il giorno dopo ,perché io non parlo lo spagnolo,ma la signora con aria molto seccata e intollerante mi risponde”noi riserviamo solo per le finca da noi convenzionate. Dopo questo atteggiamento incomprensibile mi sono ritrovato Alle sette di sera,sotto la pioggia a cercare un altro hotel.

Colazione espressa fornita vista vallata, molto bello e rilassante; posizione top, centralissima; struttuta pulita e fornita di tutto.

Credo che il personale non sia particolarmente cortese e disponibile: siamo arrivati alle 13,30 e ci hanno fatto aspettare fiscalmente fino alle 15 per drci la stanza (e francamente penso che, vista l'ora la camera fosse gia pronta)....ancora peggio il giorno seguente che siamo andati via, avevamo lasciato le valigie la mattina in reception per liberare la stanza e quando siamo andati via siamo passati a riprenderle, quando sono andata per utilizzare la toilette in reception, mi è stato detto che non potevo perchè non c'era acqua...solo in quello! In tutte le stanze c'era! Francamente ci è sembrato proprio che lo stessero facendo intenzionalmente per non farcelo usare!
