Great stay in Salento
Pros:

Charming hotel with clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and the patio where breakfast was served had stunning views.

Bien, cumple con las expectativas y es lo que muestran las fotos.
Pros:

Las vistas desde la terraza para el desayuno son espectaculares. El desayuno es menú que te dejan elegir cuando te sientas. El hotel está súper céntrico.

Cons:

En las habitaciones se escucha todo, cogimos una habitación con terraza al mirador y está bien, pero no merece el suplemento. Hay gallos en los alrededores y hacen su trabajo desde bien temprano :)

Hotel a 200mt circa dalla piazza principale, personale gentile. Abbiamo organizzato con loro il trasporto da e per Pereira e tutto è andato secondo i piani. Stanza ampia e pulita, dotata di terrazzo dal quale si poteva ammirare tutta la valle.
Letto e cuscino comodi.
Anche la sala colazione è molto bella, tutti i tavoli sono realizzati in legno da artigiani locali. Colazione a scelta tra 3 menù, piatto di frutta e succo sempre presenti.

Ci dispiace aver alloggiato lì durante il terremoto del 10/08 ma anche in quell'occasione il personale ha dato priorità alla sicurezza degli ospiti.

Cons:

Purtroppo c'erano dei problemi con l'acqua in tutto il paese. Il personale però è stato efficace nel gestire i reclami.

Habitación sucia, olor a humedad. Personal muy desagradable y el desayuno muy justito.
Pros:

Su ubicación y las vistas del desayuno, absolutamente nada más.

Cons:

La cama estaba sucia. Al irnos a dormir, vimos que estaba llena de pelos, tanto sobre las sábanas como debajo de estas. Además, la habitación olía a humedad. También, vimos alguna araña en la cama.
El personal, bastante desagradable. Llegamos muy cargados y, al hacer el check-in, nadie nos ayudó a llevar el equipaje a la habitación, que estaba en el primer piso.
El espacio de la habitación era minúsculo, apenas entran dos personas y no hay ni armario.
Por si todo esto fuera poco, el desayuno era muy justito. El zumo, sin sabor. El peor café que me he tomado en Colombia y el resto de los alimentos, del mismo estilo.
No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel, con la cantidad de buenas opciones que hay en Salento. Sin duda, un error venir a este alojamiento.

Petit hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Salento, à seulement quelques mètres de la place principale. Emplacement vraiment pratique pour découvrir le village et partir en excursion.

Petit-déjeuner agréable dans un cadre sympathique. Une bonne adresse simple et bien située pour quelques nuits à Salento.
