Encanto
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, l'hotel si trova in una via laterale della piazza principale. Staff cordiale e gentile. Colazione ottima arricchita da una vista Super, e la mascotte Coffee spettacolare!

Cons:

Il materasso e il letto erano molto scomodi. Il letto sembra essere sfondato.
Inoltre, saremo stati sfortunati, ma durante entrambe le nostre 2 notti siamo stati svegliati diverse volte (alle 4, alle 5, alle 6 di notte) dagli altoparlanti della chiesa lì vicino che emettevano il suono delle campane e di alcune preghiere (Ave Maria)

Pros:

Perfecto alojamiento al lado de la plaza del pueblo, la ubicación no puede ser mejor, la atención del personal inmejorable, la habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y el desayuno con vistas riquísimo, no tengo ninguna queja. Lo recomiendo 100%

Amazing stay in Salento
Pros:

Amazing hotel! Great location next to the main square and main walking street. Good breakfast, and especially incredible view from the terrace, it made my stay really relaxing. The room in clean and nice!

Cons:

Nothing everything was really good! One thing is that it was slightly noisy in the morning cause they had ongoing work and my room was located next to people having breakfast, but it was fine nothing crazy.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación estaba genial, es una calle aledaña a la plaza y tardas medio minuto en llegar, en la plaza hay mucho ambiente pero en esta calle se descansa perfecto.
El desayuno estaba súper rico y además tienes una terraza con vistas espectaculares para desayunar.
No hay secador de pelo en la habitación pero te lo dejan en recepción sin problema.
La cama muy cómoda y la ducha muy buena presión.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventanas y no lo ponía en ningún sitio, solo tienen ventana las habitaciones con vistas.

Muy buen hotel, pero la atención al cliente debe mejorar

Las instalaciones y la vista del hotel en la parte trasera son muy bonitas, el desayuno es delicioso.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, la atención en recepción dañó por completo nuestra impresión.
La recepcionista que se identificó como Andrea Pérez nos atendió con muy mala actitud desde nuestra llegada. Al hacer el check-out salimos aproximadamente 45 minutos después del horario establecido y nos cobraron el cargo correspondiente. Entiendo y respeto las políticas del hotel; mi inconformidad no es por el cobro, sino por la forma en que fuimos tratados.
Cuando le comenté que era la primera vez que me cobraban por un retraso tan corto y que, estando de vacaciones, uno espera un trato amable, su respuesta fue: “Ojalá en su siguiente hospedaje la hospeden gratis”. Considero que fue un comentario irrespetuoso, poco profesional y totalmente fuera de lugar.
Las reglas pueden aplicarse con amabilidad y respeto. Es una lástima que la actitud de una sola persona haya opacado una estadía que, por todo lo demás, fue muy buena. Ojalá la administración del hotel revise este tipo de situaciones y tome las medidas necesarias, porque la calidad de la atención al cliente debería estar al mismo nivel de las excelentes instalaciones que ofrecen.

Great location but hotel a bit dated
Pros:

The location was brilliant. It was super central in Salento and very close to the place where you can pick up a jeep (Willy). The bed and shower were good enough.

The breakfast was lovely, with nice options and a beautiful view from the terrace.

Cons:

The soundproofing was so bad that we were kept awake at night and awoken early each day - it felt like we could hear every single noise in the whole hotel, including hammering at 10-11pm one night.

The facilities could do with an upgrade, for example the extractor fan in our bathroom was so loud that you literally couldn’t hear yourself speak.

Pros:

Good location in Salento, friendly staff. Possible to eat breakfast outside with a view on the mountains.

Cons:

One room had a window to the patio where breakfast is served so noise from breakfast prep early in the morning and not able to open the curtains because other guest could look into the room.
