Pros:

Las sábanas, toallas y la habitación limpias. El hotel estaba como nuevo. Las áreas sociales y la biblioteca muy cómodos y agradables. Un gran servicio en el desayuno.

Cons:

La atención en recepción. No es clara la información, por ejemplo, tuvimos que pagar 30 mil pesos adicionales para encender el aire acondicionado. Aunque había un letrero que decía que se podía hacer el pago con tarjeta ( motos de 30 mil en adelante), no nos permitieron pagar con la tarjeta. No hay calidez ni Servicialidad. El desayuno podría tener comida de la región.
